This review is long over due. I am one of those people that is very uncomfortable in the dentist chair. After not going for several years this past year I got current with then dentist. The hygienist Sara is an angel! So gentle and calming. Incredible. The Dentist Dr Kayhan is a Saint! Very calming, and a presence about her that makes you feel she is totally aware of what needs to be done and knows how to keep you comfortable at the same time. I have had a deep cleaning now completed and current. And I am no longer apprehensive to return on a regular schedule. 5 stars are not enough to express how wonderful Dr. Kayhan is with her patients! I've been her patient for quite some time but because I move from OC to the Valley, I've stopped coming. During a cleaning and check up earlier this year (by another dentist) I was told I had to take care of a cavity before it turned into a root canal. I am pregnant and I fell I could only go with someone that I fully trust, I didn't think twice and I called Dr. Kayhan. She made sure I was very comfortable and calm at all times. After years of struggling to find a non-judgmental, supportive and conservative dentist, I finally found one. Dr. Armaghan and her staff (front desk, appointment line and hygienists) are all very upbeat, positive, and make it a point for you to feel welcome and calm. I don't have a fear of dentists, but I haven't been the best person to my teeth over the last couple of years. Dr. Armaghan and her staff showed no signs of reprimanding me of it, just told me all the things that were facts about my current tooth health and helped me come up with a quick and easy plan to solve some of my current issues. What I like most about Dr. Armaghan is that she is also very conservative when it comes to treatment, and doesn't push to sell products or treatments. She wants to find the least invasive or serious procedures as a final resort. She's more about preventative care rather than the dollar signs. I think she's got a patient for life, here! read more

I am seeing doctor Keyhan for many years. Dr. Keyhan is the best dentist one can trust, rely, and move forward with any diagnoses she recommends. After I was done with straighting my teeth, the dentist who shared the office with he orthodentist office gave me a list of "necessary" dental works with the estimated cost of $9000 which she said it could be even more. I came to see Dr Kayhan, and after she checked my teeth, she found many unnecessary diagnosis listed there, so I ended up paying only $700. A Big difference, isn't it? First of all, if there were 10 stars, I would write a 10 star review for Dr. Kayhan (and her staff!) I lucked out when I randomly picked her office for a teeth whitening offer I got in the mail about 6 years ago. Once the treatment was completed, I asked about some additionaI work I needed, and because I really appreciated her honesty, compassion, and knowledge, I set another appointment. It was painless, completely professional, and cost-effective. A few years later, I moved out of the area. I went to a highly recommended dentist in San Diego to have some amalgam fillings removed and replaced with composite material. OMG! It was a disaster! The fillings weren't leveled correctly, but he assured me it was only due to inflammation and would get better. I left the country for a month, and I was on high doses of ibuprofen the entire time, counting the minutes until 6 hours passed to take my next dose. When I returned to his office, he was on vacation and his partner checked my mouth and told me the fillings were done correctly. Amazing! I insisted he scale them down and afterwards, he agreed they were "a little high". I then went to another dentist who told me I needed a root canal and crown for an issue on a back molar. Luckily, I decided to wait, made the trip to Dr. Kayhan's office, and she told me I only needed a filling to solve the problem. I had her do it, and have had no problems whatsoever with my tooth. I cannot recommend Dr. Kayhan enough! Her staff is also helpful, pleasant, schedules appointments so that I never have to wait. Dr. Kayhan and her assistant, Michelle, work together in perfect synchrony. Everyone in my family now uses Dr. Kayhan, except my oldest son who lives in Florida. 10 stars for you, Dr. Kayhan!!! read more

Dr. Kayhan and her staff are AMAZING! All of the dental staff have such gentle hands and kind attitudes. I've been going to Dr. Kayhan's office from a young age and even when I was screaming and crying, the staff managed to calm me down and make me excited to go to the dentist. Everyone there seems to love their job and they all work great as a team. The office setting is professional and is maintained that way by the staff. During procedures, whoever is working will lighten the mood by telling a funny story or a joke making the whole experience a lot less frightening. Also, aside from their excellent personalities, the dental staff are precise and meticulous in their work. I personally have never had any problems with any work done on me and I can guarantee that the only reason one would not be satisfied with Dr. Kayhan's work would be their own personal mistake in requests.
