I went for lunch on a Friday to try their Friday special. Chicken Mole as a filling or on a platter. I went with the platter which comes with beans (I got black) rice, 3 tortillas and side salsa. I tried the tomatillo arbol and the habanero. I liked the green tomatillo salsa best. I also got a small side of queso, which was very tasty. The whole meal was good. I'll have to come back more often it's been years since I've been here, and all their fillings are good. If you want to go vegetarian, I highly recommend pure de Papas.

The star of the show in my opinion were the hush puppies and the corn and wild mushroom risotto. There were sooo many different flavors that perfectly complemented each other. I was blown away. And the pig cheek on top was incredible. 500/10. Our server made great recommendations! Then-- chaos and heartbreak ensued in the form of a fire alarm. We were forced to evacuate the restaurant as the fire department arrived , leaving about half our meal on the table. After 30 or so minutes of waiting out in the cold (we were apparently the only guests who hadn't paid out yet) our server came to find us. He asked us if we wanted to just give him our credit card information and he would ring us up later, when the fire department gave them the ok, as he understood not wanting to wait around. It broke our heart to leave our leftovers, but we agreed and went to go get the car. Thankfully we are stubborn.. and optimistic to a fault. And by the third time we circled around the block, the fire truck was pulling away. I ran in and asked if there was any chance our food hadn't been thrown away yet, and it hadn't! The staff was happy we had been able to come back, and they packed everything up for us, even taking the hush puppies off the bill and sneaking in a complimentary piece of key lime pie. I'm so glad we were able to tip our server appropriately for his great service-- and rescue our leftovers. Happy ending. All was well. (And the fire ended up being something innocuous in the unit above the restaurant)

I've worked in food service for a few years, so I understand the frustration that comes with customer complaints. However, last night I watched as one of the crewmembers scoffed when a customer asked for a bowl to be remade that the crewmember had offered to remake after adding an incorrect ingredient. There was a desperate lack of problem-solving skills, with this single problem having held up the line, and paused all other customer service. The other customers and I watched as the crewmembers remade the bowl, scraping out the white rice that now had a 20 minute wait time and putting what looked like two dollops of queso into the bowl. When it was my turn to pay for my food, all customer service was paused yet again when the customer who just had his bowl remade approached the counter, revealing his barely half-full bowl. The crew members' responses to this were quite slow, they stood there and looked at each other, taking no action and still holding up the customers' time. There was one apology, yes. Now back to when I was paying... My half-steak half-chicken bowl with a cilantro lime sauce topping came to a total of $15.91, which is the most expensive a Chipotle bowl has ever cost me. The bowl should've been $12.31. When I asked for a receipt to check why the bowl was so expensive, the cashier told me she threw it in the trash. I asked again, and she said it's in the trash, so I simply left. I really care about this Chipotle location because I've been eating here for around 6 years now, and I'd love for you all to use this at your advantage to improve your customer service.
