We came on a Friday night a little after 6pm. The restaurant is a little dark and VERY large but was surprisingly empty given this seemed a prime time. It also has a notable outdoor seating area, but no one was outside even though the weather was great. We were greeted and seated right away. The menu is more eclectic than your standard American Mexican fare-- a LOT more seafood (surprising number of dishes with octopus), for example, and some what seemed to be catering options listed amidst everything else (at least I assume, given some items were over $80). I went with the birria ramen and my dining partner had a chicken chimichanga. As typical, we got free chips and salsa (yay, individual bowls!) as we waited Food came out in maybe 15 minutes. The birria ramen had a TON of meat in it, and the "broth" in which it sat was rather oily (as expected). It also had some eggs and onions to complement. I liked the birria flavor pretty well, but I confess as a single dish, it came off a bit "one-note" after a while. If anyone gets this, you may want something else too (at least to share), especially given how heavy it is. In contrast, the chicken in the chimichanga was excellent, and it came with Mexican rice, guacamole, and other accompaniments. Service was pretty friendly-- they checked on us when bringing things, and we got the bill right when asked. And price was reasonable-- not "cheap" but not bad. Overall, it was fine. It's not a place I'd rush back to unless I wanted the more unusual seafood options. If I just wanted a standard enchilada or burrito platter or equivalent, though, I'm more likely to go down the street to Monterrey or El Cuscatleco or the like. Still, if you end up here, you'll have a decent meal at a decent price.

The menu is quite vast and they do have good vegetarian options as well. We ordered seafood enchiladas and a burrito grande and honestly it was grandeee :-D Prices are not high at all considering the portion sizes. Quality of food is easily 10/10. We ended up taking half our plates home. Nice place to sit overall. Interiors are good, lighting is pleasant, and seating feels comfortable with enough personal space.
