Parking is plenty adjacent to the building, and it seems like a pretty spacious and vibrant atmosphere. Customer service was pretty cool.    I ordered a steak quesadilla with rice and beans and the top-shelf margarita. The margarita was pretty good, and it was a decent size. The food was all extremely flavorful. The quesadilla had a good bit of steak in it. The chips were like cantina style that you possibly may get out of a bag. The salsa was good.    The food and drinks are pricey for the basics. Their happy hour is from 3 PM to 5 PM.

Oh, the ceviche, may have been some of the best that I have ever had! 10 stars on the ceviche! 1 and only 1 complaint and I hope they see this and make a small correction to the way they package food for delivery. The pork rinds were delivered warm, a sign that they were made fresh! The problem was they packed them in an aluminum pan with a plastic top and the should be crunchy crispy fried delight was soggy and inedible! Everything else was fantastic! I would go back.

Service: although the server seemed forget quite a few things, she was very nice. Other servers help each other out which was great to see. Food: the complimentary chips arranged unique and it was good. Salsa dip and queso dip ordered was, sorry but mediocre at best. We have tried carne asada plate which comes with thin rib eye, Mexican rice, refried beans and elote (corn on the cob), arranged uniquely. Again the taste of carne asada along with other condiments were not impressive. Chicken enchiladas plate with red sauce was alright. Chicken was tough, taste was somewhat dull compared to other traditional restaurants comparably. In total, I would give 3.5 stars. Great service (5 stars) but food-wise (2) everyone in our table was not impressed compared to near by Mexican restaurants.

We chose the place because it was close by where we were doing business in the area. From the outside I figured your run of the mill Mexican in a strip mall . As soon as we entered and seated by the friendly host we enjoyed the day of dead decor. We settled on a citrus shrimp dish served in a cast iron dish which was different, fresh, that includes a side salad that was filled with fresh veggies and rice to accompany the shrimp with warm tortillas. The daily special margarita was excellent and tasted better than expected for a daily special. I will make the 40 minute drive to return very soon.

Our waitress who took good care of us was one of those in the booth. It didn't make any difference to us but some people would think that they were just sitting there not doing anything. Also they revamped the menu. Very nice and colorful. Still highly recommended you give them a try.

BUT let's be honest, some grown-ups are kids at heart too :) A visit to a Mexican restaurant is incomplete without margaritas, so we tried the house margarita and the mangonada. The mangonada was bold, flavorful & perfectly paired with that Tajín-style kick! The server was polite and attentive, which made the experience even better. The flavor is probably one of the closest I've found to L.A. street tacos in the area, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1. I've always ordered takeout, so I can't really speak on the in-person service, but my orders are usually delivered pretty quickly. I've also tried their fish tacos before and enjoyed them, especially since they're one of the few places I know that serves deep-fried fish tacos. Unfortunately, this order was disappointing. The fish was very overcooked and the batter tasted burnt, and the citrus coleslaw that normally comes with the tacos was missing. I've had good experiences with their food in the past, so I'm hoping this was just an off day. I'd still come back for the carne asada tacos, but the fish tacos definitely missed the mark this time.
