The inspector seemed in a hurry and didn't try to locate the water shut off valve and didn't have to do part of the inspection because we had a roofing inspector do that part. Contacted Norman at Peak Property Inspections and he was very easy to work with. Answered all my questions very quickly and made things easy to understand through out the process. I was only able to meet with him on 1 of the 4 duplexes. He was in contact with my realtor and the listing agent most of the time to schedule everything, which was very convenient since I had to leave town. Norman spent a day per property inspecting and would send me the reports the same night. That was awesome because you know that he'll be very thorough with each inspection. I know on one of the properties, the access to the attic was blocked by the tenant's belongings and he actually spent the time to gain access. I know a lot of other inspectors would mark it as not accessible. In the end, Norman was able to find a lot of things that were wrong or not up to code with the properties which helped out in negotiations.
