I was told by my dentist that I needed a root canal, which he does, but felt mine was too complicated and said I should see an endodontist. I initially booked an appt with the endodontist that he recommended, but after looking on Yelp, I decided to cancel. Based on the 5 star reviews on Yelp, I made an appt at Arlington Endodontics. They have incredible equipment that takes very detailed images that show much more than what my dentist could see on an x ray. After examining the scans and images and doing some diagnostic tests, Dr. Eslinger told me that there's a good chance that my tooth is beyond needing a root canal. He gave me the option to continue or have it extracted elsewhere. Talk about honesty and integrity!! I think most dentists would have just done it and taken my money with no regard for the final outcome. Additionally, the staff was so kind and friendly. If I ever do need a root canal, I know where I am going. read more

My dentist suspected I needed a root canal so she referred me to Dr. Bryan Eslinger @ Arlington Endodontics. After looking at my x-rays and doing some diagnostic "tests" it turns out that's exactly what I needed. So last month I had my first ever root canal. I was a little leery because I have always heard that root canals are very painful, but I'm happy to say that Dr. Eslinger made the process painless. The price was reasonable and I had no issues or after effects from the procedure. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, kind, and caring. I even received a call after the root canal to make sure I was going well and didn't have any problems or unanswered questions. I highly recommend Arlington Endodonics. read more

My doctor and his assistant were very friendly, informative, and upfront about the whole procedure. They took my comfort into account during the entire visit, and although painful, they made it hurt less than paying my taxes. I also want to mention that the receptionist was very friendly and polite too. Overall best experience I could have hoped for. Although I'd prefer not coming back, god knows I have a few more teeth that need work, and I can't think of any group more qualified. Thank you guys! read more

Root canals are never going to be fun. But with Tara and Dr. Eslinger, it was a smooth and painless a process as I imagine is possible. I was made comfortable, received constant check-ins, and was super impressed by how fluid and seamless the whole procedure felt. I explained my recent challenges with anesthetic that landed me in their chair. Professional, efficient, and at the same time I felt they were always aware of how I was doing. They will be my first stop if I need help in the future. read more

Dr. Eslinger and his staff are great. Scheduling was very easy. The day of procedure I was greeted at the door, my temperature was taken, my health was screened to make sure that I was not contagious with COVID-19. The staff was all wearing proper PPE equipment, and they took every precaution necessary to keep everybody safe. Now on to the procedure itself, I had a root canal due to a cracked tooth. The doctor and his staff made me as comfortable as possible, he explained the procedure to me in detail so I understood exactly what it involved. I highly recommend Arlington Endodontics to anybody who is in need of an Endodontics read more

I've gotten recently two Root Canals done, and they couldn't of done a better job. They were absolutely amazing people. My teeth were hurting so badly and I went to see them and afterwards, my pain was gone. So today I got my second Root Canal done but I'm not even worried about it because the first one came out so great! The secretaries are really nice and they attend to you in a warm and kind matter, the doctor is so great and the dental assistant Tara, she was awesome- she was so kind to me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole thing, and she also made sure I felt no pain which was a huge plus to me. So I think this place is an amazing place to go for your teeth when you have problems or need a check up or something like that. It is well worth it read more

Made my root canal as painless as possible. Great group from check in to post op instructions.

This was my second rout canal, first at this location. Boy, what a different experience this one was. These folks are the kindest nicest people you could ever meet. It was a pleasure having them dig deep into my mouth. Top to bottom everyone I met here was nice, kind welcoming people. So so different than my first experience someplace else. (Not to be mentioned) highly recommended...........if you have to. Thank you for making a rough situation better. read more

They did a good job and Tara is a very nice nurse. I had a lot of anxiety going in but they took good care of me.

Dr. Medina and Natalie were excellent! I am a nervous person when it comes to dental work and they made sure I was completely comfortable during the entire procedure. In addition to their clinical expertise the entire office is run very professionally. I was so impressed! While I hope I never need their services again I would definitely go back should the need arise and I would recommend this practice unreservedly. Top notch care! read more

Wow, my first root canal. So, I was really nervous. But this place eased my concerns. Front desk lady was very nice and comforting. The dental assistant (Tara) was outstanding. She explained everything really well and made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Bryan was also outstanding. He was very efficient and got me through the numbing process and the dental procedure with no problem. I highly recommend them. read more

I had a Root canal today expecting an unpleasant experience. I have had this procedure done by other Endodontic providers and never ended with a positive experience. Arlington Endodontics was different, they asked if I was confortable or if I had any questions numerous times during the procedure. It was started on time and was completed in a little over an hour. They finished by making sure I knew what to do if there was any pain or swelling. Great job! Thank you for caring about your patients! Steve read more

Great and friendly staff. The dentist was kind, gentle and was excellent at explaining the process.

Had a great experience with Dr. Eslinger and his team. The office staff were on top of everything, the dental assistant Tara was a treat, and Dr. Eslinger himself was very kind, capable, and knowledgeable. Zero pain, as well. I hope I never have to have another root canal, but if I do, I'm going back to this office. read more

Very professional and able to see me as soon as my dentist recommended the root canal. I won't tell you it was fun but they were amazing!

I loved this office! They walked me through every step of the process and gave me enough medicine for the procedure, which I appreciate because I have severe anxiety (especially at the dentist). read more

I had an emergency root canal today with Dr. Medina and her assistant Tara. They were very thorough and explained everything along the way. I would highly recommend them. read more

Finally, a root canal that is going to work! Amazing practice with a cozy office located steps from Arlington Heights downtown. Everything on time thanks to a professionally run office. Dr Bryan Eslinger and his assistant Natalija were outstanding, friendly and courteous explaining everything what was going on. Once the insurance was processed, they reimbursed me by sending a check for what I had overpaid, which makes them one of the most fair dental practices I have been to! Very happy with the results and ready to put a new crown on the tooth saved by this doctor. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a root canal. read more

My experience was great!! I called Dr Eslinger in a panic. It was the weekend and my tooth cracked in half. Dr Eslinger reassured me that it would be ok and that I should call the office first thing in the morning. I called early and Janet was already there. She said, "no problem, we will get you in." Since I was a new patient, Janet emailed me all the necessary paperwork so that I could save time at the office. Once I got there, I was greeted with a friendly smile from Janet. I thanked her for her help and she introduced me to Tara, doctor's assistant. Tara immediately saw that I was nervous and made me feel very comfortable. She took X-rays and prepared me for the procedure. She explained to me that my comfort was a priority. She let me know how to let them know how I was doing during the procedure. Also, I can't remember the exact words that Tara said but it was something like ,"we aren't here to take a tooth, we're here to save a tooth." That made me feel so good because I really didn't want to lose this tooth. Next, I met Dr Eslinger who explained what he would be doing to my tooth. He explained the X-rays and he told me what to expect every step of the way. No surprises. I'm a big baby when it comes to dental problems and this was my first root canal. After the procedure, I went home and I was still numb. I was tired because I was so exhausted from being anxious. When I woke up, I had no pain. There was just a little tenderness. The next day or so I received a call from the office checking on me. I'm sorry that I didn't get the name of the woman that called me. She was very nice and explained that the tenderness would go away in a few days. She said that my tooth had been through a lot of trauma. She told me to call back if i needed anything else. Sorry, this was so long but I wanted to explain how each team member helped in my care. Thank you to Dr Eslinger and his whole team!!!!! S.M. read more

I can't say enough about how amazing this place is. I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and I needed a root canal done. The staff made me feel so comfortable and told me it was okay to be scared and was just so calming, and I totally needed that. When it came to getting my root canal done they gave me an oral sedative and I also got laughing gas. They also let my mom sit in the room which also made me feel comfortable. Between the two I actually fell asleep during the root canal! Thank you Arlington Endodontics for helping me through something that was something I didnt think I could do! read more

I had 2 root canals within 2 weeks with Dr Eslinger. Not fun. Dr and Natalie were wonderful. They explained what was happening and I even got to see how the work on the teeth looked on Xray. Amazing. Everyone was wearing all PPE so I was safe. This is not a pleasant procedure but if you need this work done, don't hesitate to call them. You won't be sorry. read more

Found this endodontist on Yelp and I was very pleased with the staff and the experience. I have had root canals before but never all in one day. One will still need a separate visit elsewhere for a new crown or final amalgam if the tooth already has a crown, as mine did. The technology has changed over the years and Dr. Eslinger is very current and his office seems well-equipped. My root canal went well and I have not had any problems after. I would return to Dr. Eslinger should the need arise. read more

I can't recommend Dr. Eslinger high enough! I had a very difficult root canal on a molar with very twisted roots. He did an amazing job and the staff is first rate! Patient and understanding even with a dental-phobe like me. Pass it on to anyone who needs endodontic work done. read more

When you need to have a root canal, the dentist and staff make all the difference in the world. Dr Eslinger is a very caring professional and is mindful of his patients comfort. Actually, it is a very interesting experience. The videos, the microscope, and the small digital screen are so fascinating. He lets you know exactly what is going on! Dawn, his assistant, is very positive and helpful too along with all the staff. I had recently had a crown prep on a back molar that started to hurt 1week before I was to get a crown. My dentist was out of town, but he said I needed to call Dr. Eslinger. I called at 8:00am in the morning got a 9:00am appointment and he could tell I had an infected tooth (which was pretty painful). He said he could do the root canal later in the day and by 3:45pm I walked out of the office feeling much better. Great office! 6:30 pm no pain! read more
