The place is located in the Crunch Fitness gym. So, this is my go to place if I need a quick, healthy, and yummy meal. I've been coming to this gym for years, way before it was crunch and I'm happy to see Arlet has a cafe. She's an amazing person and very uplifting. The food is amazing and smoothies bomb. I try to get a protein shake/smoothie before I leave to fill me up and sustain me throughout the day. Today I invited my mom to a breakfast panini and it was beyond delicious. The wrap was spinach based and green which was very appeasing to the eye. The PBJ light was sweet and tasty. We felt very satisfied after and my mom was impressed with the quality of food. Check this place out ! Definitely recommend, keep in mind it is located in a gym building , but I'm sure you could still visit the cafe without being a gym member. Anywho after a tireless workout I needed something to replenish my energy and give me a pick me up and this was definitely the place. Love this place! I was skeptical at first but let me tell you the portions are just right, I'm not snacking after lunch aNd this fills me up until dinner time and even then I eat light. When looking for meal prep, look no further. Arlet's Cafe has most meal prep companies beat. Independently owned and operated, Arlet takes pride in how she cooks and preps her food for anyone's needs. I have had a ton of experience getting food from other companies and found that most of them cook their food with artificial flavors and preserves to keep their food from lasting longer but I can taste it. Arlet's food is always cooked fresh, and never taste poor. If the food does have a bad flavor to it, that's usually because I let it sit for too long and didn't eat it. But because she cooks it fresh, I'm forced to eat my food at a much quicker rate. I recommend all my clients to eat her meal prep, and I to also use her services. I can't find anybody else who takes as much pride in her food as Arlet does. read more
