Michele took the time to get to know him, to understand what he needed to make his experiences with new people more successful. Jet takes weekly walks with Michele and Chelsea, and both have stayed overnight with all my pets so I could get out of town. While I'm away I get regular updates - with photos - to let me know what's going on and how everyone is coping. I always return home to happy pets who have been well loved.
