Because of his young age, they loved on him a lot and let him stay in quieter place than their kennel building. When he is boarded, they always do refresher training. I wish we lived closer so we could board there every time we are out of town. He is going for a week soon while we go on vacation and I know he is in the best hands!

They didn't give my cat any of the food i sent and she has lost 2lbs (started out 10). They board near 300 animals at a time and there is NO way this is safe. They don't have enough staff. We will NEVER take our pets here again even if it means we can't leave town again. The staff is nice but I think they just feed you lies to keep you happy but none of what they said is true.

I have gotten a price from them on several occasions where I then went somewhere else and paid 100 to 150 dollars less for the same procedure. I love my dogs and I would pay anything to get them better but I'm also not going to let someone rip me off. Im not sure why they're just making up prices over there but they're not competitive. I won't be back. I also let my baby up there for a urinalysis for the UTI and 4 hrs later they still had not been able to get it. I took her somewhere else and it took them 10 minutes and I was on the way home. My dogs act like they're scared to death of them. If you're looking for a good vet try Hometown in Brandon. The prescription was granted. When I showed up to pick it up I was told that they couldn't give it to me unless I brought the dog in for an appointment (roughly $70). She gets prescribed the same medication every time we bring her in so it's nothing new. If you are not going to prescribe a medication without seeing the dog then say that over the phone. Now our dog gets to suffer for the next 5 days until clinics open back up. We will not be bringing our animals back to this place.

From the front desk who after only a couple of times recognized us and our 'babies' upon arrival; we have 5 dogs and so far used 2 of the doctor's and were very impressed with them both - I have full confidence that all of them will be just as good. We use daycare for one of our dogs and the daycare personnel are amazing! They always give me a report when I pick up as well as when I've arrived for a visit w/o daycare - if they come to the front and see me they always ask about our baby and tell us they've missed her at daycare when she has been home with us.
