If you are looking at possibly buying or selling a home (condo, townhouse, or property), and want…read moresomeone that is willing to go the extra mile for you, then Darci Cutler is the realtor for you! Unfortunately, after a series of unplanned life events and crisis', I had no choice but to attempt a short sale on my condo from out of state. I chose Darci to represent me as my realtor, because of her integrity and endless positive traits. As a previous co-worker/friend, she has demonstrated to me that she lives her life to succeed. She lives by the philosophy that life is better when we choose to make the best of every situation, no matter the circumstances. From the moment I entered the contract of working with Coldwell Bankers, and more specifically with Darci Cutler, I was rewarded with prompt phone calls to discuss expectations, processes, impending paperwork, and deadlines. (I am embarrassed to admit this, but...) In all honesty, I was a nightmare client to represent. In the moments that I would get so overwhelmed with my personal situation (giving up on the process, paperwork, buyers, etc...), there was Darci, kindly reminding me that she was there (along with Coldwell Bankers) to support and help me through the process. Patience is a virtue rarely seen in realtors; however, with her that was my entire experience. At moments when I would get discouraged after an offer fell through, was rejected, and/or something went wrong, there was Darci with her positive demeanor. She would talk me into believing there was something better out there that was in the works. She would will a positive outcome to materialize, and it would. Her confidence was contagious and the condo sold!!! I put my trust in the right company, and in the right person.

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with David to buy our first home. As newcomers…read moreto the SLC area and newbies in the real estate market, we found that David went above and beyond to make the entire home-buying process educational, smooth and easy. David's deep knowledge of the SLC market, consistent availability to answer our questions (even the simplest ones), and genuine attention to our needs makes him exceptional. His expertise, eye for detail, and dedication to his profession shone through at every step of the journey. David set up listing alerts for our broad search area and took us to see over 30 homes. He educated us on all the things we should expect from a house in our price range. This included the quality of cabinetry, appliances, flooring/ carpet, tile arrangement, the type of grout used and so on. He didn't shy away from pointing out deficiencies in a house that were not apparent to me or my wife. He has a teacher's mindset and really prepared us to identify the house that would be perfect for us such that we could quickly put in an offer when such a house was listed. He gave us contacts for different lenders and contractors, and this proved extremely helpful. Ultimately, we put in an offer on our dream house the same day it was listed and had our offer accepted within 24 hours. Furthermore, he worked with our lender and the sellers agent to arrange closing within 2 weeks of the offer date. The whole process couldn't have gone any better and David had a huge part to play in it. I'll be referring all future SLC home buyers to David--we cannot recommend him highly enough!
