After meeting Roberto while out and about, my husband scheduled an appointment with B&B without even getting quotes elsewhere. Lucky for us, they had stellar Yelp reviews, are fully insured, were on time for the cleaning, did a stellar job, and were moderately priced for the service received. I was home during that time and met both Stuart and Jason (the B & B employees that handled our job). I witnessed their professionalism and attention to detail. They were both super friendly as well! B&B Window Cleaning is an awesome local company that I'm sure we'll continue to use for our window needs again and again. I definitely recommend you do the same!

The gentleman I spoke to spoke broken English and said apparently we cannot help you and he hung up on me. Not a very good experience so I'm moving on.

This year they came back to me advising I had a $75 credit on my account. I ALWAYS paid cash in the full amount for every service so that credit is impossible! I asked for the $75 credit back in the form of a check since it's my money, but the issue is they were lying about the credit in an attempt to somehow regain my business. Instead they lied about the credit and shows you their dishonest approach in their business philosophy! Terrible business practice. I was extremely generous to their employees buying them drinks and snacks and just being a good customer to the employees. An hour after I posted this review and a Google review, Cole (owner) called me yelling at me for posting the reviews! He tries to tell me about "market conditions " but miserably failed to articulate knowledge about "markets and pricing ". He thinks HE sets the market prices when in fact all providers of a product or service do. He specifically stated that " he can't help it if the blacks and Mexicans quote such low prices"!!! First of all everyone quotes what they feel is the appropriate price. Secondly my grandmother was a full blooded Mexican and lastly how incredibly racist was that to single out blacks and Mexicans for his high prices! It's offensive to me being of part Mexican heritage and it's offensive to his all the hard working individuals in any industry. What a horrible thing to say all because his ego is fragile and he lost a good customer.

Unlike other window cleaners that I've had before, FNST did not bend any of the screens and left them looking like new. Now I know why experience makes the difference! The other companies I've used have taken way longer and not done as good of a job as Mason & Rivera did. They were able to help minimize hard water spots on some windows and completely remove paint spots on others. When they completed the job, we did a walk through of the house and they gave me a verbal report on the condition of my windows as well as gave me recommendation on how to take care of them. I found out they also clean fans, lights and mirrors - services I will add to my next appointment! In summary, FNST was very professional, detailed and dedicated to making the windows in my new home look bright and amazing! They are the best! I had scheduled an appointment...they didn't show up...I called and asked what happened. The owner (Ron) said his employees just went home. He apologized and asked if it could be rescheduled for the next day...not convenient...but ok..I still need the windows cleaned so I said yes. When I showed up at my home, I was having photos taken... The photographer was already there and the guys had made messes everywhere in the home...large black streaks running down the walls. Not what you want to see when you just spent 40k remodeling the paint and flooring, window treatments, etc. I asked one of the employees Andrew to come and clean it up ASAP so it didn't stain. This employee copped an attitude and scrubbed the window sill so hard he took paint off...then...he just decided to leave! They had 5-6 windows to do and just left!!! All because they were asked to do a job correctly? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!? I have left Ron 3-4 messages and 7-10 texts showing the damage, dirty windows and the HORRIBLE text I received from his employee...still no response. I have asked him multiple times to call me. I'm a business owner...I get it...but it's been a week and still no phone call. Not the way to do business. No I haven't been charged for the crap work...but that's completely besides the point. All any customer wants was what they ordered in the first place...along with an apology regarding the crap employee. If Ron reads this and hasn't fired Andrew yet...I will be shocked....but then again...maybe not.
