She answered all of our questions and even let our dog hang in the office with us while we checked out. (I'm a sucker for any dog lovers!) The two gentleman who delivered our large order were thourough, experienced and extremely helpful!! They even got a pesky oleander out we had been fighting with for a few weeks!! We were still browsing all of the beautiful, well-cared for plants and sent him on his way. About 10 minutes later, we had some questions about specific varieties and waved him down. He was happy to help us and very knowledgeable. Plants selected, we saw two pots we might want to purchase, but price tags had gone missing. The team member tracked down the price for them and, when we decided to purchase them, loaded them onto our cart. Checkout was a breeze, and the same helpful team member helped load everything in to our car. The lovely Julia Child roses now are next to my patio in the pretty pots. After researching online, and speaking with experts at various garden centers and landscapers, the conclusion: Tank's Green Stuff. The customer service agent at Tank's Green Stuff provided excellent information and answered all of our questions as to what soil would be the best option for our garden. She gave us the cost estimate for the soil and delivery fee with a date and time it would be delivered. We ordered two(2) cubic yards of Tank's Green Stuff - Pro Planting Mix to fill our raised beds. The cost estimate was exactly as described, the delivery was on time. Tim, the driver who delivered the soil, added a bonus to the entire experience. When he pulled up to our house in his big, delivery truck -- our neighbor and her children (two-to-15 years old) came outside to watch. He made the experience, not only accommodating for us, but fun for our neighbor and her kids. He even honked the big truck's horn twice before pulling away -- to much applause by the neighbors!! We purchased custom sliding closet doors from The Home Depot (Oro Valley, AZ) and paid $268 for…read moreprofessional installation. After waiting nearly six weeks for the doors and service, the workmanship we received was extremely disappointing. The installer cut the pull hole on the wrong side of one door, leaving both pulls on the same side instead of right and left. There are also scratches and gouges around the pulls. The doors are not installed evenly. There are gaps where the doors meet the wall -- on one side the gap is wider at the top, and on the other side it is wider at the bottom. Stickers that are difficult to remove were left on the doors, the doors themselves were left dirty, and there were dirty handprints on our walls and on the white trim. We contacted the store to correct the problems and were told they cannot even reorder the doors until an inspection takes place, which is scheduled 10 days from now. We even provided pictures of the unsatisfactory work to them. After already waiting weeks, this additional delay is unacceptable. We expected far better quality, professionalism and customer service especially at the price we paid. This is the shoddiest work I have ever received from a contractor -- never again!
