Arizona Motorcycle Towing has been there for me as well as many friends. Bike shops and dealerships refer them and many local riders know to call Michele. Each truck is equipped with state of the art lifts that the bikes strap down to and lift up inside the truck bed. It's the most safe and secure way to haul a bike!! DO NOT TRUST ANYONE ELSE WITH YOUR PRECIOUS MOTORCYCLE!! Everytine I've used the service a professional tow driver arrives with the right equipment to safely and cost effectively haul my bikes. They've hauled my Dyna, Road King and my Ultra, and very soon they'll be taking my Ironhorse Lonestar Chopper to get worked on. As a trucker I know their equipment is safe. As a rider I can trust them to haul my bike safely. 5 ***** service everytime. Thank you, Rory read more

Ryan and Brandy.....words cannot express just how incredible they are! I purchased a new Cam-Am Ryker from RideNow in Chandler, yesterday. I had always wanted one, and prompted by my girlfriend's co-worker getting one, and the fact that I no longer live in the valley, I decided to get one. Riding a 3-wheel motorcycle in the dark (I was at the dealership for EIGHT HOURS while they got the bike ready!), on a vehicle that I was unfamiliar with, in Freeway traffic on the 101 at night, forced me to pull off and call AZ Motorcycle Towing rather than continue on up I-17. Called Brandy and, despite the distance involved and the time I called (around 20:00) she dispatched Ryan to get me home! After having been up since 05:00 that morning, not to mention spending ALL DAY at the dealership, I will forever be indebted to AZ Motorcycle Towing, despite not getting home until 23:30, and having to be up @ 04:00 for work. read more

Excellent company!!! My partner was on his way to catch a flight when his motorcycle broke down. I was left trying to figure out how to get his bike back home. I called AZ Motorcycle Towing and am so happy I did. I was able to schedule a pick up time with them to get the bike back home. Everyone was so friendly and they are very proficient at what they do. I was extremely impressed with them. Thank you so much! read more

I got stranded at a chevron and called In to get my bike back to my house. Michelle the one who took my call is amazing, she was extremely helpful and had Ryan I believe was my driver out to me within 20 mins. Super friendly, and he got my bike on the truck with care: Probably the best towing experience I've ever had. I'll be using them again to get the bike from my house to shop to see what's going on with it. Definitely recommend them for any bike tow services Thanks again! read more

After my ignition got damaged during a failed theft attempt, Michelle and her driver Ryan, where more than professional. They put a much needed human touch, to a very stressful situation. They worked with my insurance company, so I didn't have to pay anything when the bike was picked up. I literally could not have asked for better service or a better outcome. This will be my go to company from here on out and their number is permanently saved in my phone. Thank you Michelle and Ryan! read more

I had my Speed Triple broke down at work, would not start and jumper cables did not work. Battery was ok, so something else is the issue. Anyway, after having left the bike at work in a relatively safe location it was finally time to just have it towed back home, as I was going to be out of town for several days and did not want to leave it any longer. I called Arizona Motorcycle Towing and spoke to Michelle, who was very helpful and friendly, to arrange to get my bike back home after work. The time frame didn't allow for me to wait at work as the driver, Eric, was already on several jobs out in the East valley. Michelle told me I could just leave my bike at work in an accessible spot and it would be brought home to me later in the afternoon. Sure enough at around 4pm or so Eric pulled onto my street and delivered the bike right to the house, going so far as rolling it into the garage. He told me I could call my insurance carrier, let them know that they would be the ones handling my bike, and after a brief chat Eric was on his way and my bike was safely at home. Eric was great; friendly, engaging and professional. Thanks so much to all the nice people at Arizona Motorcycle Towing & Storage for taking care of me and my machine. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Prices are reasonable and in most cases your insurance will take care of the expense with no cost to you. Great folks! read more

He checked my seat, in case it will fly off during the towing. And guess what. Seat was loose. He just saved me from losing a seat down the freeway. I highly recommend them for any motorcycle towing. Well, a bout a month back i had a very frustrating day, I was riding my bike to work, and the batter just blew out on me, fuse blew and the power stopped while riding..which was weird. In any case, I was very gratefule for Arizona Motorcycle towing. Was recommended to me by my mechanic French over at Cyclewerks. This a great husband and wife team. The trailer is awesome looking - price was reasonable, and they were able to get to me withing 25 minutes of my call. Was able to pay with credit card - and didn't need to follow them to my destination, felt totally comfortable leaving my bike with them to make it to my destination. read more

When my roommate had an accident, I had her scooter towed home with a regular towing company. It was okay, at best. The driver really didn't know what he was doing with a scooter. I dreaded having to have it towed to a repair shop. Then, I found Arizona Motorcycle Towing and Storage. Michele was a like a god-send. She picked the scooter up from my apartment while I was at work and met me at the repair shop. She knew exactly how to handle the scooter even though it couldn't roll on its back wheel and her lift and truck were absolutely perfect for transporting my roommate's poor, busted scooter. All that was amazing, but what was even more amazing was how worried she was for my roommate. She wanted to know if she was okay and what had happened, and it was so obvious she really cared. I had been dreading the whole experience of having the scooter towed again, and I came out of it happy and smiling. Michele is the only one I will ever call for a tow on a scooter or motorcycle again. She's amazing. read more

Great job. Very professional and they have a great rig for towing Motorcycles.

Just got my baby to it's new home today-it was so safe and easy with this company! I had called around for quotes for other tow companies and they charged much more and most didn't even tow bikes. They have a nice hydraulic lift that made it quick, safe, and easy. Kim was wonderful on the phone and very pleasant-a big part of my choice was her great customer service. The tow operator was very nice and even helped my roll the bike to my backyard. Reasonable rates, great people, just overall one great experience that I'll share with other riders anytime they ask for a tow recommendation. Thank you! read more

When She arrived she got right to it like a Pro and she was friendly and knew right where I wanted to go with it. I got in my truck and drove to the shop where I wanted to get it fixed. She got ther and unloaded it and charged me exactly what she said she would with no hassels at all. My husband bought a vintage motorcycle about 16 miles from home that was un drivable. So I googled motorcycle towing and Arizona Motorcycle Towing was first up and had 7 positive reviews. I called and was given a quote and set up a time for pick up. They picked it up at scheduled time and delivered it. The whole experience was so easy and trouble free. My husband was very happy with the lift to load and remove the bike. The guy who delivered the bike was very nice and efficient. Would definitely use this company in the future. read more

My friends and I got broken down, so we called Az Motorcycle Towing to see prices and such. The dispatch woman was incredibly kind and caring about our safety, where we were, and if we were outside in the heat. The prices are more than affordable and they came as fast as they could. The driver would call us occasionally to update us on where he was, and to give us time on when he'd be there. It wasn't just a get the job done, they talked to us, and had conversations about our bikes and the driver told us about one of his pickups. I 100% recommend and would use them again without hesitation! read more

Hard worker, very friendly and exceptionally respectful of your ride! Thank you Michelle! You just made our eeekend better! All of this great service at a extremely reasonable price. I lost the keys to my motorcycle. I called Michelle and they had a truck to me within 20 minutes. The front end was locked and required an additional man to get it loaded and unloaded. By far the best towing company out there! They put your bike in the back of a pick up via hydraulic lift. Your bike is 100% safe the whole time, you don't have to worry about it falling off the back of a flat bed or swinging around on the back of a trailer. Michele is super nice and treats your bike as if it were her own. read more

Motorcycle got a flat rear tire while on the highway. We were able to get off and make it to a gas station. We tried several tow companies some of which could not tow the bike because they did not have the proper equipment and others were charging well over 100 dollars. Finally called Arizona Motorcycle Towing & Storage and let me tell you, quick response and a lift which is for a motorcycle. By far the best price to be taken back home which was 20 miles from where we were at. Our tow driver was Curtis and he was professional and very nice. I will definitely keep their number in my phone and pass out their business cards to my other friends who ride. read more

I have never left a bad review in my life, but I've also never received such terrible service. My friend's bike got a flat, and we were recommended this company for the tow. He called on Thursday morning, and Michelle said the the tow would arrive between 1 and 2 pm. At 2:30, we called to get an ETA. Michelle said her driver had gotten into an accident - no problem! We are super patient people, and said we could wait until the next day. Michelle said she would call us in the morning with a new arrival window. After not receiving a call in the morning, we called asking for a time that the tow would arrive. Again, Michelle said between 1 and 2 pm. At 2:30 with no word from Michelle, we called back for an update. She said we were "next on the list." Again, we're very patient and said, "No worries, we just need to get it in today." It's now 4:45 on a Friday, and the bike shop where we're dropping off is about to close. My friend just called again, and Michelle IGNORED his call. This company is ridiculous. At this point, we're calling other towing services. If they ever do show up, I expect our tow to be comped. **Update: They now say they're 25-30 minutes away (as if that's believable). They also told us that they're going to exchange the bike between two tow trucks during the trip, which is only 11 miles - how does that make sense?! They're giving us 25% off. Pathetic. read more
