Long waiting times and doctors that don't give you the time of time…read more Unfortunately, my appointment took quite a lot longer then I would've wanted. The waiting times were simply absurd, your brought into a room, your nurse checks your vitals, then your just sitting there bored, stare at the wall or something for the next what felt like thirty minutes. Better get a book out or your phone. And then the doctor was super nice. She cared for me of course, that's why I'm giving such a high review despites the problems. Unfortunately doctors here aren't given enough time to spend with their patients. She literally said to me that she just can't spend more then a few minutes with me. So yea overall, it was an okay experience. But they should schedule appointments better and not overwork these doctors and allow more time between appointments to spend talking and discussing your medical history and what's really bothering you. I personally prefer to talk my doctor's ears off about my problems. I have so many conditions it's absurd. Maybe it's just me, but I felt like I wasted my time here. Who knows, maybe I'll find a different primary office to switch to.

Not well organized and poor customer service. My first time there I went to establish care for my…read moremed refills and the wrong dose was sent to the pharmacy, luckily my pharmacist caught it. I gave them grace as mistakes happen and the Nurse Practitioner has been great otherwise. But almost every time I go, even if it was an appointment they required (to go over blood work) they act like they don't know why I am there. One time when I was out of refills on my lifelong meds, I called to request a refill and they advised I needed to run blood work first. I tried to explain to them I just ran it a few months ago but they just kept saying I needed to run bloodwork; ok so I scheduled that and when I show up the NP asks why I'm here. I tell her for blood work to get refills on my meds; she tells me I just ran blood work a few months ago (like I don't know) and makes a comment that it was mistake (yeah I tried to tell them that). After that they schedule me for a follow-up to go over that bloodwork and again when I come in for that she asks me why I am there. I understand not asking leading questions or not assuming I don't have concerns but they clearly have no idea why I am there! The last straw was when I scheduled a follow-up for bloodwork for my med refills and the NP told me in person to get my blood drawn a week prior to this visit. She didn't say call them to schedule or request an order, just go in. So I go to my usual lab for bloodwork, wait 2 hours (as expected as a walk-in) and I'm told no order was submitted by my clinic and they need an order. And when I call Cornerstone to have them submit an order they tell me there is no notes to order a blood drawn and they will have my NP send it! And I know that will take days. They really need to get better at note taking and communication.
