We got to know them personally first; what incredible humans. It was their genuine kindness that led me to try their clinic. Todd is the naturopath, Jenn is chiropractor, and Christine is the physical therapist. It's a whole body approach. I was just starting a new fitness journey. Todd takes a holistic approach to his practice. The let's start at what's causing the issue and fix that, not just treat the symptom. Todd reviewed all my bloodwork in detail and found out what I needed to fix me... Not just treat a symptom with pharmaceuticals. He helped me understand the why behind my symptoms. He's truly an expert. Christine, is nothing short of amazing. Between the initial office visit and one set of labs, I've already spent over $1,000. I was told the labs would "usually come back fairly reasonable" through insurance, but $725 is far from reasonable. I was also told there was a cash-pay option of $900, which is equally concerning. I'm not sure what standard of "reasonable" this clinic is using, because these costs feel excessive and out of reach for many people. It gave me the impression that this practice may only be accessible to those for whom cost isn't a concern. Additionally, my experience during the in-office lab draw was concerning. The staff member who attempted it seemed very inexperienced, she removed the tourniquet before even attempting to insert the needle and then tried to reposition the needle after insertion. Another staff member had to step in and was able to draw the labs immediately without any issues, which was frustrating given that I've been told I have easy veins. On top of that, I would have had to pay another $219 out of pocket for a follow-up lab review that was supposed to happen within 7-10 days, but the earliest available appointment was a month out. At that point, I decided to cancel and take it as a sign. I would not return and cannot recommend this clinic. I would hate for someone else to end up in the same position, especially when you're already not feeling well and just trying to find answers, only to be left with an unexpected financial burden on top of it.

It's not really a big deal but was surprising to me. When I got to the office all of the information I gave them over the phone was wrong. My address was wrong despite me spelling out my street name. I told them that I had a surgery in the past, a discectomy at the L4-L5 level. When I got to my appointment they had written down that I had a vasectomy. It was funny at first and I just assumed the girl heard me wrong on the phone. Then I started to get a little worried that an employee of a pain management facility, where they do spinal injections, thought that "vasectomy at the L4-L5 level," is a sentence that makes sense. Dr. Sraow is hands down the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He spent the majority of the appointment staring at his computer, talking about his sports betting habit and Netflix. I was the one who had to keep refocusing the conversation on my spinal problems, which was the only reason I was there. I don't care about your parlay bro, I care about my health. I wouldn't trust this guy to clean my toilets let alone stick a needle in my spine. They were then supposed to call me to set up an appointment for an injection but after not hearing from them for 6 weeks I called and told them not to bother. They claimed they were still waiting on insurance approval but my insurance company said they never received anything. Pretty much what I expected they would say.
