Even though the lavender wasn't in bloom, you can still smell the lavender fields. There are signs to learn about the lavender and even how the elk are a bit nosy. The shop has a very pleasant scent of lavender and so many hand made items to browse and purchase. Today I was intrigued by so many y of the items. I bought a huge lemon and lavender cookie (it's amazing) and 2 honey sticks. The honey sticks aww a great choice for a budget friendly option to take home. There's even a cute photo op where you can be a butterfly or a bee, how cool!

The lavender wasn't in bloom when we visited, but you could still smell it around the farm, which was really nice. The little gift shop was open, and they had all sorts of cool lavender products. Everything from beard oils and infused honeys with different flavor combinations to honey sticks, cookies, and plenty of other lavender-themed items. It's pretty impressive how many different things they have made with lavender. We ended up picking up one of the lavender lemon cookies. They also had lavender chocolate chip cookies, which sounded interesting. The lavender lemon cookie was definitely very lavender forward! You could really taste the lavender, but it was good. If you're someone who loves lavender, you'd probably absolutely love these cookies. The girl working in the shop was really nice and friendly, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Even without the lavender blooming, it was still a fun little stop. It's only about a block off the highway, so you really don't have to go out of your way to visit. If you're passing through the area, I'd definitely recommend stopping by, especially if you enjoy lavender or are looking for some unique gifts and treats.
