When I got there I told them that my doctor wanted the results immediately and to call him after the MRI. After the MRI was done I told them again my doctor was waiting for the results and they told me the radiologist left and I would have the results on Monday. I should have gone to the emergency room instead of driving an hour to get there. They told me my doctor didn't say it was stat and it was written on the order and they informed them when they made the appointment. Very bad patient care.

Which would not have been an issue if I was notified more than AN HOUR before my check in time. Now this caused me to miss my appointment by being refused service, took up 2 appointment slots someone else could have had and delayed my test for 10 more days. Although you understand my concern and offered me to talk to the tech, there is no office manager contacting me, ensuring that their employees and staff will be trained properly to avoid this happening again in the future.
