He was incredibly HONEST and upfront about the work that needed to be done and what DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE, and his prices were very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Moisha was efficient - he wasted no time in identifying the problem and getting to work, which was a huge relief since dealing with mold can be stressful. We urgently needed Moisha to confirm if there was or wasn't mold in a unit that we were in the process of purchasing. He knew that time was of the essence and we could have been really screwed if we got stuck with something that was a complete problem. Moisha moved his appointments and got us in RIGHT AWAY! Thank you so much Moisha for making it happen for us! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOISHA TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

I'm so glad I called Tal at New York Mold Specialist. Can't recommend highly enough.

I'm highly allergic and could never breathe well when visiting. One night after a huge storm we came back to her apartment to find white patches on damp areas of the carpet. My mom, who is not allergic, started gasping for air and we wore masks trying to clean it up as best we could. I felt it was too dangerous for her to stay there without having an evaluation. Owen replied quickly via text for all the information and was there the next day. He did a very thorough inspection, informing my mom of different parts of the apartment to keep an eye on, especially the door frame leading out to the patio and a ceiling crack. In under two days we had a full report and no surprise, mold was all under the rug and in the walls. Using this report we were able to break the lease and get her out of there ASAP. Thank you very much to Owen for coming by so quickly and taking time to really check all the areas. It was a huge health concern and now we have peace of mind.

The renovation and tiling done at that time was excellent. Here I am 16 years later with the shower wall's grout, tub caulking and window sill sealant in such bad shape I never wanted guests! My friend recommended Eugene, a master of this sought after skill. The work he did was precise and the results are excellent. He did more sealant near my kitchen faucet as well. Making the appointment was very easy and Eugene arrived right on time. He works alone and is so concentrated on the task. A few days later, the grout behind kitchen faucet cracked and he was back in a flash. He also took the time to check on the whole project. Also suggested a simple squeegee to use after showering to prevent soap build up. I have showed my neighbors his work and sent his credentials to our building management team and co-op board. As the other reviewers state, he really is a tile savant. The work effort and knowledge can't be beat. My cost was $1480, totally on point with other providers in our building who did poor work. Every single penny was worth it! His work is a game changer!

I have not booked his service, the review is solely for customer service pertaining to inquires which is critical in selecting contractors. As a property manager it is important to have a good team of contractors lined up to refresh properties between turnovers and periodic maintenance. I look forward to working with him after the pandemic and hope all hard working people great success~

They came in to resurface and repaint my bathroom after I had made a complete mess of things. They are not the cheapest bid you will get but far and away the highest quality. All their people were knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of the space (tough to manage with a very small bathroom!). Start to finish (they even handle the post-work clean!!), every link in the chain is top notch. Even when there was a (genuinely honest) misunderstanding about the invoice it was handled promptly and equitably. Could not recommend them more highly.

You said you can do the repair without moving the vanity. You lied. you could not do it and did not do it. I never said not to do it and you know very well the tenant responsible for the damage was footing the bill. your work is shoddy and the photos (please see the horrible work done here) show it. your quote "You directly told us you did not want to move the vanity so we did the best we could under those terms". This is a blatant lie, you said the vanity did not need to be moved to do the job. "you also gave us the saddle to install we didn't purchase it and install it" It is definitely not the right saddle but instead of doing quality work you threw it down to be done with the job. I had to pay to have it replaced with a professional contractor. "You mentioned you wanted to give us more work which doesn't make sense if we did such Terrible work and because we were to busy due to the storm in September 2022 and we didn't get back to you on time you decide to write this false statement on yelp" I asked you to repair this shoddy job and in lieu I would give you more work but instead, you decided to throw these lies on Yelp because you are not an upstanding guy. "Once again another customer who doesn't want to spend to much money" I had no budget constraints and you know that. YOU didn't want to spend the time or money to do the job properly.

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail.
