Not only did Arion Global take care of my electronic waste recycling with a warm smile, but they performed an amazing feat! Here's my story: not only did I deposit all of my recycling into a bag, but I accidentally tossed in my actual phone! Once I found out who our recycling company was, I was given a number of a contact person, Gilbert Villanueva, where I then told him that I may have recycled my own phone. He phoned ahead to their warehouse in Los Angeles (I'm in San Diego) then proceeded to assure me that all eWaste would be inspected thoroughly for me. Incredibly, they were able to locate my telephone and were able to coordinate a meeting for me to pick up my phone the following day. Gilbert put me at ease and was in complete control of the situation. Drivers Alex and his associate were so helpful and pleasant. I called Arion Global after doing some googling for recycling companies, to come do some work for my company. They were very quick in getting back to my request and offering me all of the services they have. They came out and did some secure product destruction (even providing a Certificate of Destruction for me), along with some lightbulb recycling and e-waste recycling. The salesman was very polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure to find a time that would work best for me for the pickup. A day before the pickup, I received an email giving me a 3 hour time window where I could expect the driver to arrive. The driver was there right on time and made the pickup so easy for us! The driver did everything and was very polite and so quick! I will definitely be using Arion Global for any/all of my future recycling and product destruction needs! We had Arion Global come out and pick up our recyclable items here at our facility in Culver City. The driver was "RUDY". He was quick, reliable, hard worker, very friendly, polite, respectful and did a great job with helping and getting all of our recyclable items here inside the building. My office has requested for arion to haul a massive pile of junk that our office had gathered throughout the year. They were quick to respond and easy to set up an appointment with. They had a very large truck and were able to haul everything we needed to be rid of with ease. Fernando was the driver who came to get our junk and he was very helpful. Jose Mario came 6/6/18 to pick up e-waste. He was supposed to be here at 12:30 but he came about 11:00 which was great. He took as much as he could and came back at 2:30 to pick up the remaining e-waste. He was very quick, professional and very polite. The amount of e-waste we had should have required 2 people. Arion came to my office building for an e-waste recycling event. Our office had a bunch of old adding machines, a personal computer, a personal CD player and a personal printer to recycle. Our church in La Crescenta, Community Life, hosted another e-waste collection event for our neighbors. We were so glad to see the two staffers Rudy and Raul again this year. The were great workers. As every driver pulled into the parking lot, Raul and Rudy would quickly and efficiently collect the items from the trunk or from the driver.
