Communication was excellent from start to finish--they kept us informed and were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. We'll definitely be using them again!

I wish I had known about Junk Bee Gone sooner!…read more Upon the death of my sibling, I had the task of clearing out his VERY FULL storage unit. After I recruited family & friends to help dispose of some things, I organized items for donation & things to throw away, there was STILL SO MUCH STUFF! Again, friends & family helped move all the things to a relative's garage because (at the time) the plan was to pay for a dumpster and put the stuff in there. (Mind you, this was a lot of physical labor over the course of 4 weekends!) On one of the trips between the storage unit and relative's house, I saw a sign on a telephone pole: Junk Removal + phone #. I called and spoke to Ruben. I wasn't sure what to expect since this is the first time I have ever called a phone # off a roadside sign. I was pleasantly surprised with the professional service I received from start to finish! Ruben explained how the process for junk removal would go, so there were no surprises. I scheduled the junk removal service for a Saturday and Junk Bee Gone would arrive between 10 am -12 pm. I got text reminders the day before and the day of the appointment. Andy, Juan, and Ruben arrived at 11 am in a truck. Andy assessed the amount of stuff that needed to be hauled away and quoted me $550 for the service. I agreed to the amount and they got started right away. It took them a little over an hour to load the items in their truck. They were nothing but professional throughout the process! Had I known that Junk Bee Gone would have gone directly to the storage unit, I could have saved a lot of time and effort! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Junk Bee Gone for your junk removal needs!

It was a big enough mess that I was certain our neighbors were going to call the city on us. I reached out to Two Man's Hauling & Cleanup and they took care of it immediately. They left the area looking spotless and had me walk the area to ensure they hadn't taken anything away that should have been left behind I am so grateful to have found them and will definitely give them a call for any future haul-away needs.

I contacted many companies and none said they can do this. Two Man's came over to give me a free estimate. Their price was fair and they were ready to get this done. They hauled away all debris and did an amazing job. They left my driveway clean. Hardworking, honest, reasonable price, I definitely will be calling them again when I have more hauling in the future.

Exceptional Junk Removal & Hoarding Cleanup Service…read more We had an outstanding experience with LA Trash Junkers, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I had to describe their service in three words, it would be: Professionalism. Efficiency. Respect. We hired them for a large house cleanout involving decades of accumulated belongings and a very sensitive hoarding situation. To make things even more complex, there were challenging personal dynamics involved with one problematic resident at the house. Despite these unusual and stressful circumstances, Xavier (the owner) and his entire crew handled everything with remarkable calm, compassion, and professionalism. From start to finish, they remained patient, level-headed, and solution-oriented. They were resolute in the face of confrontation, never rushed the process, and never made anyone feel embarrassed or judged. Instead, they approached the job with empathy and steady resolve; this meant a great deal to my family on this stressful day. In terms of execution, they were incredibly efficient. Even with situational challenges slowing things down, they removed approximately 2.5-3 truckloads of junk within 3-4 hours. The team worked quickly but carefully, and when they were done, the property was left neat and clean -- not just emptied, but truly cleared out and ready for the new owner to take possession of the property. What really stood out was their respect. They understood this was an emotional transition for our family, and they treated everyone involved with kindness, patience, and dignity. I would highly recommend them from our experience! I believe our situation covers these categories, and they were incredible: * Junk removal * Hoarding cleanup or remediation * Estate cleanouts * Large house cleanouts * Professional and discreet service I told Xavier when they finished that they helped us lift a massive burden and alleviate years of stress and worry. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had a mess, and did not address all of it until this month. My wife called Alex and got a callback almost immediately. We had been trying for a couple weeks to get someone out to do the job - this after we spent two weekends trying to organize and clean up best as we could. All my wife had to do was send some pics, and within 30 minutes she got a quote and was asked when we wanted them to come. NEXT DAY. They showed up not just on time, but a little early. It's 96º and miserable. Alex and his Dad came here with a very large truck. Within an hour, they had placed everything (and more) into their truck, swept up, and basically made us very happy!
