It might be because I got there a half hour before they closed, but the front door had a lock on it and the back gate was closed, but I could see a door was open through the back gate. The whole thing looked kind of sketchy. There was a sign on the door saying they wouldn't take household appliances with some examples of those. I tried calling them and auto answer said they couldn't take messages and no one answered the phone. So I yelled through the back gate, and finally someone came out. I'm not sure if this is how they usually are but I am glad they took all of the items I gave them. I was going to ask about buying a small used printer, but given the way everything seemed, I didn't think that was a good idea. Given that I had just come from another place where people on yelp said they took electronics, and they didn't, I was very relieved that this place took my stuff! read more

They're open during the COVID-19. I dropped off 4 desktop computers, 4 printers, keyboards, cable modems, one lcd monitor and bunch of cables. The CRT monitor is $10ea if you want to drop it off. The lady was nice enough to look up where to take and drop off the CRT monitors from free. I took the monitors back and will bring it to the City E-waste yard on the weekend. They have helpers to assist on unloading from your car. Location is not that hard to fine. 5 stars service. Tips, go to their website or call first so you know ahead what they're taking, mainly computer equipments. read more

Amazing and quick service! Workers and Drivers are extremely friendly! Will definitely recommend to others I spoke with Rick who is very helpful and informative when it comes to electronic recycling. I called literally 10 minutes before they closed to arrange a pick up for the following morning and they were very accommodating. However, you need to have a minimum of 15 qualified items for the free pick up service. The drivers came exactly on time and required no assistance to load the pallet onto the truck. They gave me a form to sign as proof of pick up and informed me that I should receive a certificate of recycling within a week. I received the certificate 3 business days later! Called this place before coming to make sure what I was going to throw out was okay. I forgot her name but the young woman on the other line was very polite and answered all my questions. The location isn't very noticeable. It's located in a somewhat residential street. I pulled up on the driveway and I was greeted by one of the employees. He helped take the box of items out of my trunk. The service was just as quick as the young woman on the phone said it would be. After giving the employee my stuff, I went inside their office and signed a paper. That's pretty much it. I was in and out in a flash. Gonna come back when I have more e-waste to throw out! read more

Our company did spring cleaning and had a massive amount of materials we needed to recycle. I contacted Thomas and his team for an appointment to make a pickup, which I was worried because I wasn't sure if they could do it all in one day. When their team came they were very fast and professional. Andy, Chevy and Dave were very helpful in getting ALL our stuff out in one day. Even though we had everything in the basement these 3 made it happen through in a timely matter, going up ramps, speed bumps and basically around the building to their truck.
