The person that helped us seemed knowledgeable. After telling us about two different products, we settled on the one that's in the picture. It's black seed oil with charcoal as part of the base. He said it rubs on black, but as you rub it into your skin it turns clear. THIS IS A LIE! We rubbed this in for over an hour and 15 minutes. It definitely got thinner, but there was still a residue of dark brownish blackish color on our skin. This is not acceptable because it's going on my mother's leg. We have to rub it off before going into bed. That defeats the purpose of this. I wanted it to stay on so it could be therapeutic. So I went back to return it the very next day. The man there helping me was rude and unprofessional. He accused me of putting too much on the skin. I am a nurse, I am a woman. I have all sorts of lotions in which you have to use very small amounts. This is not the case. The manager was only willing to give me half of my money back. I am so ticked!!! I will never go back to this store again. I would not have bought this product if I knew that there would be black residue on my skin. Buyer beware. These people do not know what they're doing.
