We came to Brandon over three years ago when we needed assistance in choosing the best health…read morecoverage for us. Brandon was very thorough and probing in getting to know us and our needs before making any recommendations. He was most knowledgable in understanding all of the complexities of the different options available, comparing costs to benefits which best fit us as a retired couple. A year later, we moved to a new state, and Brandon took the time to share with us all of the differences in a new state. Brandon makes it very simple to contact him through his calendar, giving him an outline of what we need to discuss - so he is quite prepared when we have our phone or face-to-face call. We have already made our decisions for 2024, and we are so appreciative of Brandon's support, knowledge, and response time every time we've needed it! We always recommend Brandon when anybody asks about insurance. Kevin & Laura C. Texas (formerly Utah)

I have been going to this holiday for 37 years, never had any issues with the staff, they were even…read morethere for me, four years ago, when I had an incident where I needed to hide in their restroom from someone who was trying to assault me, they kindly let me wait in there. It's the restroom for the police. Cami who is one of their cashiers, has made this environment very hostile for me to the point that it has caused me mental and somewhat physical distres, she has created such a hostile environment at the location that I received a phone call from police this morning, because she assumed that I was involved in a situation that had nothing to do with me, she used me as a scapegoat, because she originally told her other employees that she didn't want me in there, none of them really cared if I was in there or not because I had done nothing wrong, so she felt that they were favoring me, she has even gone to the lengths of sending the police to my parents' house this morning at 7am over a situation that once again had nothing to do with me, i do not understand why she has such beef with me. When I only come in there to get a drink and just be friendly, she's a very open person and likes to ask a lot of personal questions. I try to avoid her as much as I can. But it just seems that every time she finds a way to put my name in situations where i'm only just a paying customer, i have always respected her but for some reason thinks it's okay to question me as if she was a detective, one night i had stopped in for a couple beers and had with my kids. She just assumed that I was driving and drinking. As I was checking out her only and first question was.Do you think it's okay to drive drunk with your kids,, i had my sixteen year old who was learning to drive at the time driving me to do so. I don't feel it was appropriate or even professional at all. On another occasion she actually took my phone out of my hand when I was having issues trying to unlock my debit card. She has caused me more stress than any good, so I will no longer be a paying customer, i will take my money elsewhere, at this point It is not worth the stress i go in there to get a drink and go home i see my friends that i've known for 4 plus years and that's it on the only three occasions that I have ever talked to this woman, she has made it traumatizing.

When I experienced a pharmacy issue and was going to be out of town, the owner called me the day they were closed, and made sure I got the help I needed. I saw Bruce for several months, multiple times a week (at his insistence) in 2017-2018 following a car accident. As a young woman, I not only got an unsettling vibe from the guy who was working with me so closely, I got SCAMMED and STILL feel very taken advantage of. I was young and wish I would've trusted my gut and ditched him after the first appointment but where he was my first experience with a chiropractor and felt pressured, I fell victim.. For starters, from the get-go I feel like he did the bare minimum during our sessions. He spent very little time with me actually adjusting and most of the appointments I was alone with electrodes on my neck and back, listening to his John Denver playlist I never felt improvement in my pain after months of "treatments" 2-3 times a week. But as for why I say I feel totally scammed and taken advantage of - I was a young woman that went to every appointment alone and was using my parents' health insurance. He clearly took advantage of that. Every other appointment I asked him to verify that my insurance was covering most of this and he kept insisting that this was the case and I shouldn't worry about it. SILLY ME! My parents and I got a bill for several THOUSAND DOLLARS after several months in, to pay OUT OF POCKET that my parents unfortunately paid (that I ultimately had to pay them back for) and I am still quite frankly pissed about. At the time, I was ready to stand outside his office to warn people lol I cannot state strongly enough: STAY TF AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!
