They have a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with the coolest granite I have ever seen. Just stop in to see the granite. They offer a variety of cooking classes for making bread, pizza, beans, etc. They sell cool kitchen gadgets and are also a Bosch supply store. But, the best part about this store, is their bread. Good Grains Multigrain bread in the purple bag...wow...it's amazing. They bake it right in the shop, no preservatives, no fat, amazingly filling. I was returning it to the same store manager who sold me the product. He accused me of switching the product in the container with a different product and that there wasn't an adequate amount in the container for the return. I told him I would buy the same product again to show him I wasn't lying. He told me there was no reason for that because he said he knows his product and he was sure I was being dishonest. After being accused of this, I tried to reason with him and tried to prove it. He wasn't having any of it and kicked me out of his store. I went to another GNC location, told them what had happened. They verified it was the right product and proceeded to do the exchange. Being treated like this, being accused of trying to work the system, and being told to leave the store is a first for me. I will never return to this location. Worst shopping experience for me ever.

Melanee at IFN is amazing!…read more Please pardon the long review, but I want to be as truthful and detailed as possible for anyone else out there who truly wants to heal their relationship with food and body. Having just completed partial hospitalization Eating Disorder Treatment for severe Bulimia, I needed someone to guide me regarding how to eat (and accept my larger body) freely, under my own direction at home, AFTER strictly regimented facility treatment. Since I am a few states away, we did online video appointments; so convenient!! We came up with super easy meal plans and shopping strategies that would not overwhelm me, and even how to dress (and accept) my new--much--larger post-treatment body. I was introduced to lots of media (books, social accounts, etc) that were a great help in between visits, too! Also I learned about Yoga and other classes specifically for larger bodies from IFN! What?? I thought I was too fat to do Yoga comfortably so i gave up, but turns out that's not the case anymore! I always felt listened to and supported at Integrative functional nutrition. It bears mention that Melanee is a great listener, never interrupts, knows how to handle emotional outbursts (mine, not hers, lol!), and always had multiple perspectives and answers to each of my questions. The subjects of food and my body are super triggering to me; Melanee was aware of this, and was always careful not to overwhelm me with too much information at once. She emailed me access to the info we'd talked about after each session, so I could go back and view it anytime, at my own pace. We used the scientifically proven, "Intuitive Eating," and "Health at Any size," strategies to reach my goals; both were the crux of my $1,500.00 per day ED treatment and were KEY to my extremely successful recovery and healing afterward. Long story short, my time with her helped me reach my goals of gaining a healthy relationship to food and with my body (if you have body image and food issues, you know how huge this is)! Taking care of me is now effortless, like second nature... I am worth it; we all are!
