My son has been without his meds for 5 days and I have called repeatedly for a refill, as has the pharmacy. No response. My son's meds have to be refilled once per month and I get the runaround from the support staff EVERY month when trying to get his meds refilled. I am so tired of dealing with this that I am considering finding a new doctor's office. Sorry Sean - you are really great. Your staff, not so much.

I used to love coming to St. Mark's Primary when Dr. Corson was practicing there. He is a wonderful…read moredoctor. However, when he left the practice I went to see Dr. Dinh. I told the receptionist the reason for my visit, which included bloodwork. I was unaware that I needed to fast before this visit and was not given instructions to do so. Dr. Dinh told me I could either reschedule, or go ahead with the lab work knowing that the results could be inaccurate. Why would I want inaccurate lab results? Dr. Dinh had a very condescending tone when I asked him questions about my health. The visit was a waste of time. Gave this practice two stars (instead of one) because I do like the nurse practitioner there, Lisa Western. She is fantastic - professional and warm.

I made it clear I would rather wait the extra week than come in without my labs, knowing they would be necessary for a productive visit. I called the morning of my appointment and was explicitly told they had received my most recent bloodwork. When I arrived, they did not have my labs. Despite this, the NP had already formed her opinions before reviewing anything. Was rude and arrogant, told me my brain fog was simply due to old age and didn't bother to ask about any other symptoms and that my testosterone level of 167 ng/dL -- which my lab flagged as clinically low, was not a concern. She recommended DHEA as an alternative to TRT with no discussion of my history or symptom pattern whatsoever. When I raised concerns, the NP accused me of trying to skirt protocols, protocols I had never objected to and was fully prepared to follow. I ultimately had to pull up my own lab results on my phone, screenshot them, and email them to the office myself during the appointment just to have my records present. I left without a meaningful evaluation or treatment plan despite planning a week ahead, confirming my records were received, and coming fully prepared with documented symptoms and specific health goals. I was dismissed, blamed for their administrative failure, and made to feel like a problem rather than a patient. I would strongly encourage anyone seeking men's health or hormone evaluation to find a provider who will actually review your records before drawing conclusions.

I have always received same day or next day appointments for any non-routine medical need. All visits have started on time and I've never felt rushed. His office staff are polished, professional, and attentive. I greatly appreciate that Dr. Gay's office has an on-site lab (massive time saver). I also appreciate the patient portal where you can make appointments, view your lab results, view your prescriptions, ask questions, etc. On two separate occasions, Dr. Gay needed to refer me to a specialist. Both times he pulled out his phone and called the specialist's office right then. Not only was I floored that he personally made the call, but he also arranged appointments for that day! One of the occasions was more urgent and Dr. Gay and the specialist communicated back and forth several times before I was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Gay even called me directly to ensure that I got to the hospital. Dr. Gay has proven to me that he truly cares about me as a patient and as an individual.

To start off with, I should tell you that I had suffered from severe back pain from a herniated lower disc in my back from a snowboarding injury from 15 years ago. For all those years my back pain persisted and I tried just about everything short of major surgery. My research in possible treatment options led me to Dr. Bill Cimikoski. I had a back treatment by Dr. Cimikoski and I had excellent results. But one important note is that I didn't get much improvement after the first treatment... So naturally, I was a little skeptical and concerned. Dr. Bill told me that about half the time he has to follow up the first treatment that he does, (which is with Stem Cells and PRP) with one or two treatments with PRP alone. The follow-up treatment did cost me another $700, and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive, but it was only after the second treatment that I started noticing improvement. I am so happy I did not stop after the first treatment as I would have had a very different attitude and a different result. I might have even left a bad review. I'm so glad I stayed with his treatment suggestions and did not give up hope after the first try. For me and my personal experience, after all these years and trying so many things that did not work, Dr. Bill and his treatments have made my life so much better. I am back to my old self with my back feeling great again and I am no longer living with back pain. We had great snow this winter and it was the first time in so many years that I got to really enjoy lots of ski days and without back pain. I found Dr. Bill and his staff to be kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The Doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime, even nights or weekends, if something came up or I had any questions or concerns. I have never had a doctor give out his cell phone number. Pretty cool. Because of my experience with Dr. Cimikoski, I have been happy to recommend him and his office and I will continue to do so. I wish you all well and I hope you have great results too.
