DO NOT USE!!! FRAUDULENT!!! We purchased DomesticandGeneral Warranty policy and ARIES FRAUDULENTLY submitted a claim Stating technician repaired refrigerator when the technician never arrived to our home and complete a job. We only found this out when we tried to cancel the warranty policy that ARIES submitted a claim against our warranty policy and because of that we could not cancel it. We have made many attempts to contact ARIES to resolve this issue with no response. read more

I was nervous to use this company based on yelp reviews but it was the company that was referred to me from my Kitchenaid warranty. Im VERY HAPPY to report Harold called me with an earlier appt than I was scheduled, came out the same day, repaired my ice machine on my refrigerator (which was the reason I filed the claim). He was able to repair on the spot with it producing ice by the end of the day. I also received a completion email with receipt. Very happy with the service!! read more

Been having a difficult time with this company, which unfortunately seems to line up with the reviews I'm seeing here. I was connected with them through the Maytag warranty department to repair my dishwasher. Initially I was happy with the service provider who came to my home. He was friendly, communicative, and explained what he was doing. He tried and few things, started a cycle running, and said he would call me later to see if the problem had resolved. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved, and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone since then. I was charged for the service. I have tried calling and texting the number that the service provider game me, and I have called the main number for Aries Appliance Service. It's been a week and I have yet to make contact with anyone. I'll update this review if things change. At the moment, my recommendation is that if Maytag refers you to this company, request someone else... or else ask a LOT of questions / maybe get a contract in place before giving them your credit card information. read more

This must be the worst company in the United States. If you can avoid using them, do so as you will be very disappointed, frustrated and angry. They are NOT reachable. They do not return calls or emails. And they may or may not show up for a schedules appointment. In my case they did not show up or even have the good manners to call or email to let us know. And this is after they came the first time in January, said that they need to order parts (Called Maytag when I did not hear from them in almost 4 weeks and Maytag had no record of them ordering anything) Since they were not reachable, Maytag made this appointment, which they did not show up for. Save yourself the grief and frustration, choose anyone else read more

REALLY! This is the best Whirlpool/Kitchenaid can do for warranty repair. It took them 4 visits spread over a month to properly install a new condenser on our fridge. Turns out the techs in the previous three visits hadn't propery cleared a line which then prevent the freezer and fridge to cool. They are terrible and their comunications are even worse. You cannot phone them. They don't answer the phone and the voice mail is, of course, full. Takes a day or two at best to hear back on texts or emails no matter how urgent. And we think they just plain lie about scheduling and the issues they were supposedly addressing. I would NEVER buy a Whirlpool Product again only because it would mean dealing with these understaffed, underqualified and mismanaged people. DON'T EVER CALL THEM FOR NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS. ANYONE IS BETTER THAN THEM. read more

I purchased a brand new Frigidaire gas range/oven--still under warranty--and it started having electrical issues within the first week. Frigidaire assigned Aries Appliance to handle the repair. They scheduled four separate appointments, and not once did anyone show up or even bother to call. This is beyond unacceptable. Aries Appliance is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Why even partner with brands like Frigidaire or Electrolux if you can't follow through on basic service? The amount of time I've wasted waiting around and rescheduling is absolutely infuriating. This company should not be in business. Their complete lack of accountability and respect for customers is disgraceful. read more

Terrible! Does not answer phone calls, does not answer emails, does not complete service calls, no communication! 100% dissatisfaction!

It's really difficult to rate the service of a company who never returns your calls! I went without a refrigerator for three months because I made numerous calls and never heard back.! read more

If I can do ZERO star I would: We moved in to a house with brand new appliances included and on the first month of moving in we filed a complaint with whirlpool that the vent is not working properly and they sent a technician from Aries named Harold. This was beginning of 2025. He placed a tissue in the vent and he said it's working properly. Fast forward to April 2026, after being invited to different homes around our area, we noticed that their vents are working properly, so we have filed a complaint again with whirlpool and again they sent a technician from Aries named Harold. Customer service wise. He was very rude to my wife and raising his voice in my own home. Before he even checked the microwave, he was gonna walk away so we told him "are you just gonna walk away without checking? go ahead and check." he began to use the tissue method again after that he walked away. I asked him what's going on with the microwave and he said it works just fine. I asked for his supervisor and he said he doesn't have any. He said " contact the office." I told him I'm sure he has a supervisor that he reports to. Again, he said " contact the office". He was very rude and just walked away. read more

I purchased this refrigerator in October 2024, and it is still under Whirlpool's 12-month warranty. However, it began leaking from the water dispenser area. I contacted Whirlpool for a repair, and an Aries Appliance Service technician was sent out. He briefly inspected the fridge, said he needed to order a part, and never returned or responded to any form of contact through calls, texts and emails. Since then, Whirlpool and Aries Appliance have ignored my repeated requests for service, and my warranty period is running out. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of accountability and poor customer service. read more

Customer service. No one answers the phone or returns calls. I had a service scheduled through my warranty. I took the day off to be here for the appointment- the technician calls one hour into the time frame to tell me that it was booked as not having a warranty and that I will need to pay out of pocket. This isn't correct. I called the office and no one answers. Now I am unable to resolve the situation and will have to schedule another day. read more

They do not answer their phone calls or emails. I've been calling every day for a week and no response.

Very bad customer service. I've tried calling them different times of the day and no human being ever picks up the phone all I get this voicemail recording telling you to go through the options very bad. I don't recommend this business to anyone. They don't even respond to email, so what can I say? read more

Needed my oven fixed. Aries appliance service. Sent over a technician name, Harold. Harold was very knowledgeable very clean. Didn't scratch the floor when moving my oven out. The problem was the motherboard. Aries appliance order the motherboard took a couple days. Harold, the same technician came back fix it in less than 10 minutes. Everything was working fine. Highly recommend asset to the community if you want a good Technician ask for Harold he'll take great care of you thank you Harold read more

These people are absolute scumbags. We had an issue with our control panel for the microwave/oven combo unit. It gave us an error code which I gave them over the phone. They said they had to send a technician out EVEN THOUGH I NAMED THE CODE. The guy came out. Looked at the panel WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING IT and said: "Oh, it's an F1/E3 error. You have to replace the panel. He wrote out an estimate for labor and materials: $1750. I purchased the part myself for $600 and replaced it - took all of 10 minutes. RIP OFF PLUS the phone people are rude A.F. read more

Customer service at their office is terrible. The tech was really nice, but after considering it for just a couple of days I called to cancel the part replacement service. I could do it on my own. I requested just the part and to cancel the service. Nobody answered the phone so I left a voicemail. Just to be safe I sent an email as well. This was WELL before the part was even received by Aries. When the part did come in, they called me to schedule the service and I told them that I had left a voicemail message and also emailed and I only wanted to pick up the part and I did not want them to install it for me. They told me that I couldn't replace it myself. They had to replace it for me so I tried to cancel the part order as well. I understand there's a liability if they supply the part, they have to install it, but I just wanted to cancel the whole order at this point. I could order it myself direct. After this they only communicated with me via text. They tried to charge me a 35% restocking fee, which is not listed anywhere on the paperwork that we were provided or signed. I asked to speak to a manager and nobody ever called me so I had to dispute the transaction on my credit card with the bank and I'm still waiting to hear back. read more

Bought a Kitchenaid Dishwasher with one year warranty. Problem with water leaking from vent when open door AFTER running. See photos. Called Kitchenaid who had Aries come out. They have come out three times without resolving the problem. Water splatters still on the floor. They said to call Kitchenaid for next step. I called and Kitchenaid Rep who said the notes claimed that Aries "fixed" the problem but not to customers satisfaction. Total lie. The problem was never fixed... water still on floor after every run of the dishwasher. Now have a fourth visit scheduled with some other company. Think twice about Kitchenaid warrenty and who they use to service their products. Aries lied to Kitchenaid and Kitchenaid has a product with their product. read more

This company is absolutely terrible. They don't respond to calls or emails to schedule an appointment. They have no flexibility with scheduling appointments. I was not even able to get them to come out to my house based off of a Kitchen Aid Fixed Repair contract that I pre-paid $391 for. read more

I agree with previous one-star ratings. They NEVER answer their phone. Took a week and a half to get the first appointment; then I finally had to call Friedman's (who recommended them - and never will again, according to them) to get them out with the new part. Total of 3 weeks without a washer. Never again! read more

They never answer their phones or emails. Can't even leave a voice mail because it's always full. Repair person came out on the 2/24/25 for our refrigerator (under warranty from whirlpool). Said he needed to order parts. Did not give us any paper work and left saying he would call us when parts came in. We've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to follow up. No one answers the phone, voicemail box is full, and email contact form goes unanswered. I finally reached back out to Whirlpool and they sent a tech from another company. Don't use Aries. Whirlpool needs to cancel their contract with them. read more

Been waiting weeks for a part to come in only to find out the part did come in and Aries was supposed to call me and never did. I will chime in with everyone else. Technician came out, ran some tests, and said everything was fine despite the fact that anything I put in my refrigerator crispers freezes. He said I just needed to rearrange some of the food so there was better circulation. Despite that, a week later it was still freezing. I have tried calling, emailing, texting and cannot get them to call me back for over two weeks. read more

WOW. I did not expect to come here and find every other single reviewer has had the same experience as I did. Was referred to them by KitchenAid, guy came out and diagnosed the issue. He was nice enough and seemed competent. I did not hear from them for weeks. Then, I got a calendar invite for a repair appointment. So we waited for them at home all day and nobody showed up. Tried to call, they don't answer their phone and their mailbox is full so no message can be left. Emailed their customer service, wrote text messages to the numbers they texted me from. No response. I waited 5 days, attempting to call several times and finally stopped payment on the credit card. Today they called and texted me say the part had arrived and they were coming to install it tomorrow. Too bad, we already ordered a new fridge. They told me they were going to charge me a restocking fee on the part. LMAO. No you aren't. read more

These guys suck for communication. Whirlpool should cancel their contract. We can u set stand backlogs, but not keeping their customers in the loop, not responding to emails and not having a phone system that lets you reach someone directly by message is just a recipe for disaster read more

Can someone please tell me how this company is still in business?!?! If it's up to you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The customer service not only SUCKS, ITS JUST NON EXISTENT AT ALL! They won't answer the phone even in extreme circumstances like calling literally back to back 27 times in less than 10 min on a Tuesday afternoon (after lunch time). My warranty company was somehow able to reach someone to schedule and set up an appointment for my dishwasher repair (whirlpool less than 6 months old...I wouldn't go with a whirlpool either tbh)! Anyways, useless even setting up an appointment because come my appointment day with the broad span from 8am-4pm window (ridiculous), they didn't even show up HA. Surprise surprise. Because I had a feeling this would happen, I made sure to try calling them days in advance to confirm! It's been 3 weeks and STILL HAVE YET TO REACH ANYONE!! I've left messages, I've emailed, I've blown up the phone obsessively. It's no wonder their answering machine says they receive excessive phone calls because EVERYONE THIS COMPANY IS UNRESPONSIVE! Shame on them. ITS REPULSIVE I COULD PUKE! read more

Said they were going order parts under our warranty. Four weeks later, no parts, tried to call mail box full, sent email no response.

They got a second star because the repair person was good and friendly. Having said that they have not responded to repeated calls or emails...EVER. Three weeks of no dryer. To never reply is really shitty. Interestingly about half way through, I remembered that I had a warranty with Whirlpool. I called them and the NEXT day the service technician came out. After that again silence. I tried to complain to Whirlpool, they do not have a system in place to correct the behavior. So Aries gets a contract with Whirlpool and they can do what they want. As a consumer we get screwed. read more

Horrible service. Do not use this business. They originally came out 4 weeks ago to service a in warranty repair from Whirlpool. Horrible service. We purchased a Whirlpool fridge ONE year ago and have had 7 services with Aries Appliance service. The tech, Donald, said each time that we should not be having these issues and the fridge was not working properly. We've had multiple parts replaced including the compressor which according to their seasoned tech is a large repair needing to be done at the 10 year mark. Again, our fridge just hit one year. The repairs do not work and we have asked multiple times for a new fridge. He can not deem it unrepairable and thinks he can just continue to replace parts. I did not spend $2000.00 to have 7 services in one year, sorry but I do not think that is normal or acceptable. Today, he offered yet again some more repairs ( including putting a putty to dampen the sound) and when we said this was unacceptable he just left. He would not disclose his managers name or number, calls to the office went unanswered and finally they replied via text that they can no longer do anything. Thanks for nothing. read more

Total price gouge and rip off. My Kitchenaid under-counter wine fridge started making a clicking noise, so I booked an appointment with a technician through Kitchenaid's website. The technician came to "inspect" my machine, however, did not take off a single bolt, nut, or screw off the machine, and immediately came to the conclusion within 5 minutes that it was due to a defrost timer issue just by visual inspection. Then he proceeded to write me a quote for $576 to fix the part, of which, the diagnosis fee of $155 cannot be applied as a credit. Therefore, the total cost to fix the issue would have been OVER $730. This is outrageous and unacceptable. Thanks, but no thanks. So, I am $155 dollars lighter, and am still stuck with a broken wine fridge. Read the other reviews, and stay clear and far away from Aries Appliance Service. The 2-star average they have on Yelp is more than generous. read more
