I was nervous to use this company based on yelp reviews but it was the company that was referred to me from my Kitchenaid warranty. Im VERY HAPPY to report Harold called me with an earlier appt than I was scheduled, came out the same day, repaired my ice machine on my refrigerator (which was the reason I filed the claim). He was able to repair on the spot with it producing ice by the end of the day. I also received a completion email with receipt. Very happy with the service!! read more

If I can do ZERO star I would: We moved in to a house with brand new appliances included and on the first month of moving in we filed a complaint with whirlpool that the vent is not working properly and they sent a technician from Aries named Harold. This was beginning of 2025. He placed a tissue in the vent and he said it's working properly. Fast forward to April 2026, after being invited to different homes around our area, we noticed that their vents are working properly, so we have filed a complaint again with whirlpool and again they sent a technician from Aries named Harold. Customer service wise. He was very rude to my wife and raising his voice in my own home. Before he even checked the microwave, he was gonna walk away so we told him "are you just gonna walk away without checking? go ahead and check." he began to use the tissue method again after that he walked away. I asked him what's going on with the microwave and he said it works just fine. I asked for his supervisor and he said he doesn't have any. He said " contact the office." I told him I'm sure he has a supervisor that he reports to. Again, he said " contact the office". He was very rude and just walked away. read more

Been having a difficult time with this company, which unfortunately seems to line up with the reviews I'm seeing here. I was connected with them through the Maytag warranty department to repair my dishwasher. Initially I was happy with the service provider who came to my home. He was friendly, communicative, and explained what he was doing. He tried and few things, started a cycle running, and said he would call me later to see if the problem had resolved. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved, and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone since then. I was charged for the service. I have tried calling and texting the number that the service provider game me, and I have called the main number for Aries Appliance Service. It's been a week and I have yet to make contact with anyone. I'll update this review if things change. At the moment, my recommendation is that if Maytag refers you to this company, request someone else... or else ask a LOT of questions / maybe get a contract in place before giving them your credit card information. read more

REALLY! This is the best Whirlpool/Kitchenaid can do for warranty repair. It took them 4 visits spread over a month to properly install a new condenser on our fridge. Turns out the techs in the previous three visits hadn't propery cleared a line which then prevent the freezer and fridge to cool. They are terrible and their comunications are even worse. You cannot phone them. They don't answer the phone and the voice mail is, of course, full. Takes a day or two at best to hear back on texts or emails no matter how urgent. And we think they just plain lie about scheduling and the issues they were supposedly addressing. I would NEVER buy a Whirlpool Product again only because it would mean dealing with these understaffed, underqualified and mismanaged people. DON'T EVER CALL THEM FOR NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS. I purchased a brand new Frigidaire gas range/oven--still under warranty--and it started having electrical issues within the first week. Frigidaire assigned Aries Appliance to handle the repair. They scheduled four separate appointments, and not once did anyone show up or even bother to call. This is beyond unacceptable. Aries Appliance is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Why even partner with brands like Frigidaire or Electrolux if you can't follow through on basic service? The amount of time I've wasted waiting around and rescheduling is absolutely infuriating. Customer service at their office is terrible. The tech was really nice, but after considering it for just a couple of days I called to cancel the part replacement service. I could do it on my own. I requested just the part and to cancel the service. Nobody answered the phone so I left a voicemail. Just to be safe I sent an email as well. This was WELL before the part was even received by Aries. When the part did come in, they called me to schedule the service and I told them that I had left a voicemail message and also emailed and I only wanted to pick up the part and I did not want them to install it for me. They told me that I couldn't replace it myself. They had to replace it for me so I tried to cancel the part order as well. I understand there's a liability if they supply the part, they have to install it, but I just wanted to cancel the whole order at this point. I could order it myself direct. After this they only communicated with me via text. They tried to charge me a 35% restocking fee, which is not listed anywhere on the paperwork that we were provided or signed. I asked to speak to a manager and nobody ever called me so I had to dispute the transaction on my credit card with the bank and I'm still waiting to hear back. read more

I purchased this refrigerator in October 2024, and it is still under Whirlpool's 12-month warranty. However, it began leaking from the water dispenser area. I contacted Whirlpool for a repair, and an Aries Appliance Service technician was sent out. He briefly inspected the fridge, said he needed to order a part, and never returned or responded to any form of contact through calls, texts and emails. Since then, Whirlpool and Aries Appliance have ignored my repeated requests for service, and my warranty period is running out. They said they had to send a technician out EVEN THOUGH I NAMED THE CODE. The guy came out. Looked at the panel WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING IT and said: "Oh, it's an F1/E3 error. Needed my oven fixed. Aries appliance service. Sent over a technician name, Harold. Harold was very knowledgeable very clean. Didn't scratch the floor when moving my oven out. Can someone please tell me how this company is still in business?!?! If it's up to you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The customer service not only SUCKS, ITS JUST NON EXISTENT AT ALL! Bought a Kitchenaid Dishwasher with one year warranty. Problem with water leaking from vent when open door AFTER running. See photos. Called Kitchenaid who had Aries come out. They have come out three times without resolving the problem. Water splatters still on the floor. They said to call Kitchenaid for next step. I called and Kitchenaid Rep who said the notes claimed that Aries "fixed" the problem but not to customers satisfaction. Total lie. The problem was never fixed... water still on floor after every run of the dishwasher. Now have a fourth visit scheduled with some other company. Horrible service. We purchased a Whirlpool fridge ONE year ago and have had 7 services with Aries Appliance service. The tech, Donald, said each time that we should not be having these issues and the fridge was not working properly. We've had multiple parts replaced including the compressor which according to their seasoned tech is a large repair needing to be done at the 10 year mark. Again, our fridge just hit one year. The repairs do not work and we have asked multiple times for a new fridge. He can not deem it unrepairable and thinks he can just continue to replace parts. I did not spend $2000.00 to have 7 services in one year, sorry but I do not think that is normal or acceptable. Today, he offered yet again some more repairs ( including putting a putty to dampen the sound) and when we said this was unacceptable he just left. Then they said they needed my credit card number beforehand so I gave them that too. The next day nobody ever showed. No message from them or anything. I called them and just got a message saying that their mailbox was full and to call again later, but it's the same message every time. Couldn't get ahold of them. If I could give a 0, I would. Avoid Aires Appliance at all costs. Also avoid buying Whirlpool/KItchen Aid refrigerator warranty. The fridge goes caput, the warranty is a joke, and Aires Appliance is a joke squared. We had a Kitchenaid fridge with warranty. At the beginning of this year the freezer died. We did not get a replacement part to make it work for FOUR WEEKS!!! Worse, when we called Aires Applicance, the warranty service, we got voice mail that said it was full and to call again. I called again over days and different times and got the same message. I emailed it at their email address and NEVER got a response. After a month we got the part. then about a two months later the fridge department died. The Tech came out and said he need a part. He said the fridge would work. Well, It DID NOT. Again, we called Aires and got the same voice message and again I emailed Aires and did not get a response. The fridge died on us. We bought a new fridge. We will NEVER buy a KitchenAid fridge, or its warranty, or ever use Aires Appliance. Aires is a JOKE. As a service company handlined warranty calls, it should be responding ASAP and doing what it can to maintain the product in some working order. I NEVER had a service company have the lack response that Aires Appliance has. read more
