    Said they were going order parts under our warranty. Four weeks later, no parts, tried to call mail box full, sent email no response.

He diagnosed the problem, said he would have to order the part, and informed me what the repair would cost. I paid for the repair and was contacted a couple days later when the part arrived. The technician installed the part, but unfortunately, that did not fix the issue. A new diagnostic revealed it was a different part and the manufacturer said they no longer make or supply it, so I would need to purchase a new oven. I was not upset about any of this, just a but bummed that I had spent several hundred dollars for a repair that didn't help. To my surprise, Gold Coast informed me they would be refunding all charges above the standard diagnostic fee, including what I paid for the part. The refund arrived a couple days later. I was highly impressed that they were willing to eat the cost of a part in order to maintain good customer relations. I was skeptical of initially contacting them because their website makes it seem as if they work on nothing but refrigeration, freezer, and ice machines. I am so happy to find out they work on all major appliances and I will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

He was on time, friendly, professional and thorough. I appreciate any service professional who isn't pushy when it comes to repairing vs. just buying a newer appliance, which is what Aaron suggested since the repair cost would be close to a new freezer cost, so my new freezer arrives in a few days. I felt the price for the service call was fair based on the time Aaron spent diagnosing the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to call Gold Coast again; I highly recommend them. A+++

The technician arrived right on time, was polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. After carefully listening to the unit and checking it over, he explained that the refrigerator was too old and would require refrigerant that is no longer realistically available, so a repair wasn't practical. What really impressed me was his honesty: even though I was fully expecting to pay a $99 service fee just for the visit, he refused to charge me once he realized he couldn't offer a real, worthwhile fix. He also didn't try to push any unnecessary or expensive "band‑aid" repairs or hard‑sell me on replacement options. Instead, he straightforwardly walked me through my situation and options. It's rare to find a company this transparent and ethical. I truly appreciated the integrity, professionalism, and respect for my time and money. I would absolutely call Appliance Repair Team again and highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance service. Five stars without hesitation!

I appreciated that. He checked my dishwasher and help trouble the issue. I was thankful for his input. He came prepared with equipment and had shoe booties on hand.

    Our Samsung oven wasn't working and I messaged Jo and Caleb for help. They replied right away and…read morecame within 3 hours of me messaging them. They offered to inspect for free and I would only pay for the part and labor if they actually made repairs. We determined quickly that it was the igniter and he had the part in the car and offered to repair it right away. I agreed and they handled the appliance with care and took everything apart and replaced the part and put it back together. They tested it and offered 3 months warranty on the part. Jo and Caleb are very nice and professional and we talked about family and his home country of Africa and we had a good conversation while he was making the repairs. I appreciate the fair price and his quickness to fit me into his schedule for today in between other jobs. I would highly recommend his services if you need any appliance repair.
