Its 400pm and I called Jon aire, the receptionist was very professional and courteous and sent a tech over within an hour. Mike was very professional and didnt try to talk down to me as some have done in the past. He laid out our options and didnt rush our decision. The next day we had a brand new unit installed. And they didnt leave until everything was cleaned up and working correctly. Thanks to their wonderful install crew and Mike who returned for the inspection. With the payment plan its quite affordable
