Fast, friendly, professional. Had exactly what my dryer needed to get things working.

Very professional. My dryer started making high pitched noises and being less than a year old I called GE. GE told me there were no authorized GE repairman in my area. MigueI saw my post on Nextdoor and was able to schedule an appointment. I recommend them anytime I see someone asking for recommendations for appliance repairs read more

I called for a dryer that the drum belt was off of and a dead rodent in the lint vent of the dryer. The service was outstanding and fast and courteous. He also looked at my washer that needs a new computer board. The service was good and no problems with the dryer since. One of the best service men I have ever used. read more

From start to finish Jack's was proficient and polite. Returned three times doing items needed and each time was a pleasure to work with.

Miguel was courteous and quick to find the cause of my ice maker not working. He had the correct part with him and made the repair. It also improved the water flow from the cold water dispenser. read more

Arrived on time. They were efficient and respectful. I appreciate that they quickly got my washing machine working again.

Tech came out and looked at 3 appliances - washer, dryer and Fridge. Some basic maintenance and everything was in good order. He made some very good suggestions on upkeep and will be back in a year on the dryer. The service was just outstanding. We highly recommend this family for your appliance needs. read more

Miguel repaired my troubled ice maker like the professional he is! I am so grateful. He was timely, respectful, knowledgeable and his advice saved me $50 on a part purchase. I will definitely be calling again when the need arises. read more

Had to have my dishwasher serviced. The recommendation was Jack's Appliance here in Pahrump. I'm an old appliance parts guy so I'm awake and watching when service happened. JACK'S APPLIANCE is number one! Repair issue was found without tearing up the kitchen. GREAT JOB, NEW OWNERS. They have it together. If needed, I'll be calling Jack's Appliance. The repair cost was minimal. Thanks Again, kudos to the team. read more

Jack's Appliances was sent to my property by my home warranty company. Jack's has always been courteous and professional. They've been able to repair most of the appliances, but when that wasn't possible, they got my home warranty to actually replace two large appliances when they were broken beyond repair. That's virtually unheard as my home warranty is famous for denying every claim. Reyna is always diligent in trying to reach my non-responsive tenants to set up appointments, often making multiple calls for multiple days, which is much appreciated by me. I will continue to use Jack's long after my home warranty expires. I recommend Jack's to anyone needing appliance repairs in the Pahrump valley! read more

We have a home warranty service for our home and on a recent call they contracted with a plumbing company out of Las Vegas and an Appliance repair from there also. Neither fixed the problem, but on our call to Jack's appliance the technician basically took our washer apart and fixed the problem. Their guys are professional and friendly. We've used them for over 20 years. read more

Our refrigerator went out on April 4. We have a home warranty to cover our appliances. We placed a claim and were assigned to Sears on April 28. April 28 came and went and Sears rescheduled with our home warranty company for May 26. That was completely unacceptable. Our home warranty has done business with Jack's Appliance in the past and we asked if we could have them for this problem with our refrigerator. Jack's Appliance scheduled to come out on May 13 but rescheduled for May 6 because they had a cancellation. Miguel and his trainee came out and had our refrigerator working again that very day. We know now to insist on having Jack's Appliance for any future service at our home. We have always been very happy with the service we receive from Jack's Appliance and we recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Miguel read more

Pahrump facility staff did a great job in helping me out on 6/22/2023 with my appliance. Very educational for keeping appliance in good working condition and adjusting it. Very knowledgeable - highly recommended staff and friendly. Good service call and as needed. I would recommend Jack Appliance Service in Pahrump because it was "all good" for me. read more

My washer stopped working and Miguel came and checked it out, said it wasn't cost effective to fix it so he brought a reconditioned unit to replace it the next day. Very professional and on time. Would recommend all the time. read more

Excellent service, and good honest people. I was very impressed by how professional they are and looked with their uniforms, you don't see that to often in pahrump. They are not your typical handyman! I ask if they are bonded and insured, I was surprised to hear they are and also drug tested and background checked another plus for me. They are worth that extra buck!!! read more

Jack's Appliance Service - Kitchen Appliances - Appliances & Repair Near Me

I was referred to Jacks by my home warranty company to fix my dishwasher that was not drying the dishes. To start with, the technician (Cruz) was all about "baffle them with BS". I kept reminding him that this was NOT my first dishwasher and all the other actually dried the dishes. 4 trips and months later, my dishwasher is still not drying the dishes and to make matters worse, they refuse to tell the warranty company that they can't fix the problem, which would trigger a replacement unit. I just wanted a dishwasher that dries the dishes. So I am about to start the whole process over again with a new service provider. read more

Jack's Appliance Service - They talked then they walked out on the service request. - Appliances & Repair Near Me

I have used Jack's Appliance numerous times over the years. The original owner was exceptional and I knew, without a doubt, that whatever repair I needed, it would be repaired. Unfortunately, his son took over and it just wasn't the same quality work that his dad did. That being said, the owner now is absolutely, hands down, amazing. Honest to the core and I know that the job will be done and done superbly! So anyone reading the reviews, please know that the poor reviews ARE NOT from this owner. It's a shame that yelp will not wipe the slate clean when a new business owner takes over! Their Yelp reviews should be a 5 Star rating! read more

A very knowledgeable polite and helpful young man Alex Came and fixed my washing machine today. Very honest because he could have taken The more expensive route of taking my washing machine apart, but instead he ran multiple diagnostics, removed and cleaned only what was necessary, the price was very fair. I highly recommend Alex and Jack's Appliance. read more

I left a message on their machine over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I was called and given a window of 9-12 for the repairman to arrive. M. called 10 minutes before arriving. He explained the problem and fixed it in about 1.5 hr. Would recommend them again! read more

Yet again!! Waiting on this company to come out to repair my oven. The girl on the phone who answers. Is a liar. Tells you she calls you to confirm appointments and does NOT! Does she not know that mobile phones record all incoming calls and outgoing calls as well as voice messages? Yes, she does have the correct number. Just don't tell lies, it says a lot about the reputation of a company I told Allstate I won't have them in my home!!!!! Don't trust liars. Wouldn't even give them 1 star. read more

The handyman was there for no more than 20 min and I was charged $150 even though I was told it was going to be $75. He looked at my tenants stove and dishwasher and said they were both broken and weren't worth fixing but since he looked at two things I was charged double. Terrible terrible company that left me feeling like I was robbed. My husband and I own multiple rental properties and were hoping to find a good company to help with fixes like this, but we will NEVER use them or recommend them again. read more

My refrigerator stopped working on a Monday, too late to get a repairman, but I left a voice message at Jack's, stuffed my foodstuffs into a couple of coolers and waited for morning. Tuesday morning I got a call back, arraigned a service call and within a couple of hours service tech Isaiah showed up. I feared I could be looking at a blown compressor, but Isaiah quickly discovered the problem to be a faulty relay. He found the problem and had it repaired in maybe a half hour. He was friendly and professional, and I am highly satisfied with the service and the price charged. read more

Refrigerator MIGAEL had an attitude from the time he called to say he was 10 min out until the 3rd time it took him to try and fix my fridge. And I mean try. MAGAEL tried telling us that it was normal for a fridge to defrost every 8 hours even tho we explained that the fridge temperature was as high as 65° and the freezer temp was as high as 45° And ice was melting and So much food was spoiled and thrown out. MIGAEL kept repeating that statement until finally we insisted that something was wrong. He finally took some things apart and said he had to order parts. MIGAEL Came back in a week and had the same bad attitude and once again made a point of telling us that it's normal for the fridge to defrost every 8 hours. ‍ He called us a liar for our complaint that he obviously got reprimanded for and then told us that if we have any more issues TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!" Well that's exactly what I'm going to do as I woke up just after two weeks of him being here to water everywhere leaking out of the fridge, condensation and icicles in the freezer and the fridge back up to 50° and climbing. It's obvious he has no idea what he is doing or has an issue with warranty work. Now it very well might be that it can't be fixed which I would except but I'm not very convinced he was even trying or again knew what he was doing. Either way I will not use Jacks appliance as long as he is there and I would think the owner would like to know what kind of person is representing his company. read more

I have American home shield and I submitted a service claim for an electric dryer issue. AHS then in turn assigned the service work order to Sears home services on 12-13-2023. Sears then notified me that they scheduled me for Dec.28 th sometime between 8 am and 5 pm. the sears guy shows up a little after 5 pm. I inform the tech that the dryer simply doesn't heat up. he gives the dryer a visual inspection and states he knows what the problem is and the part it needs. he does not have the part and will have to order it and reschedule me for jan. 4 th 2024, 8 am to 5 pm again. a week later the part shows up. jan. 4 th appt no show no call or text. later that night ( jan.4 th ) I get a text that I was rescheduled for jan. 16 th 8 am to 5pm. no explanation or apology for the missed appointment. I wasn't waiting any longer for more excuses and delays. I contacted a local service, jack's appliance service and within four days I had a professional service technician at my door. he took apart my dryer for a detailed evaluation of the the dryer's heating issue. the tech had a good idea what the issue was but had to confirm it . after dismantling the dryer the tech discovered a detached frayed wire that is common with this model. in less than a hour the issue was resolved. obviously the sears tech did not properly diagnose the problem correctly. that would have taken a little more effort. and ordering a $120 dollar part that was not needed is not very efficient. I am now a loyal Jack's appliance service customer. read more

Very poor service overcharged for service suppose to be a $100.00 job vharged me $200.00 very poor service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I was referred to this company by a coworker for repairs on my washer & dryer. The gentleman came out provided an estimate & returned the next day to fix my machines. After he left I called to advise him that my machine was having the same issues. Needless to say I have not been able to reach this company since. I feel extremely cheated because I paid almost $400 to never use my washer. read more

Called to get our dryer repaired. Left a voice message and received a call back the very next day. Excellent communication coordinating an appointment. Fees were clearly explained up front and were resonable. Our Repairperson, Isaiah, was very prompt, extremely courteous, and a consumate professional. I can't say enough about Jack's Appliance repair service. The technician was so professional, prompt and polite. My dryer was not working, and he covered the top of my washer which was sitting next to it to so as not to scratch it. I described the problem, and he set about to fix it - which required disassembling the top, the control panel and the front of the dryer. He made the repair in 20 minutes, had the dryer put back together and cleaned up the area, for the price that had been quoted on the phone. I couldn't be happier! read more

I had called and scheduled an appointment with this company about three weeks ago. The guy, Miguel came out and asked me if I owned the washing machine, I told him no as I am renting the unit. He went on to rudely say that he wasn't coming in without owners permission (no one mentioned this during scheduling). I asked him if he could wait a few minutes while I call the owner and again he rudely told me no he didn't have time which is odd because if I had told him I owned the appliance he would have been working which requires far more time than a 3 minute phone call. Anyway, today (3 weeks later) I get multiple phone calls from Miguel leaving voicemails telling me he was outside and if I didn't answer he wouldn't take the call or the next one. I am out of town and never heard anything back from them after he left my house 3weeks ago. I called their office to let them know I hadn't scheduled any appointment. She nearly argued the fact that I had an appointment that I scheduled which I did not. After short debate I told her the appointment wasn't my doing as my owner had already had the appliance fixed 3 weeks ago. He just shows up at my house, leaves a bunch of rude messages and then lady in the offic wants to go back and forth about something that obviously was their mistake. Eventually she did say she'd disregard the appointment in the end. These people were rude and unprofessional. They also did not give proper information when scheduling which may have avoided the conflict altogether as I would have had my owner contact them for permission. I am glad I didn't spend money with them and wouldn't advise anyone else to but if you do I hope your experience is different read more

Called Jack's about my oven door hinge being off on one side. Isiah came over and within about 10 minutes had it fixed. Very nice repairman who knows his business. He gave me a warning about the danger of that strong hinge spring and how to use a screw or nail to keep my fingers safe if I decide to try fixing it myself next time it comes off. Since I'm not able to wrestle an oven door anymore, I'll be calling Jack's again for my appliance repair needs. Very reasonable prices and excellent service! read more

Very efficient and professional about fixing my oven but their bedside manner is not the best. Not friendly. Very untalkative. Was on their phone the entire time they were at my house both times and couldn't answer my questions that I wanted to ask because they were too busy talking on the phone. I thought that was rude because I'm a customer and you shouldn't be at my house on your phone for the entire 20 minutes you're here. I would call them back again to do my service because they were very prompt about it but wouldn't expect anything more. Unfortunately, I will just have to google my questions. read more

Last year I would've given this place a five star review he was extremely helpful when he came to repair my oven. However a month ago I booked an appointment for the same oven ,I told them it was the same plus my dishwasher which I had already discussed with him when he was there fixing my oven before & he said it would be an easy fix. I took a day off work I called in that morning to confirm the appointment with the receptionist. My appointment time frame is 8 AM to noon at 11 AM the receptionist calls me and says the technician will not work with the brand of my appliances, if that was the case they should've known this a month ago and even a day ago so I didn't take the time off work and waste my entire morning. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend. read more

Since I know they do a lot of the Home Depot warranty repairs, I scheduled my appointment a couple weeks in advance. Now, mind you - my GE refrigerator is 26 years old and the only issue was a slight drip inside the fridge, appearing to originate from the freezer. The two gentlemen were friendly, efficient, and completely eliminated the leak within just a few minutes. Price was fair and I received a senior discount to boot! Not only will I use this company again - I will most likely purchase my next appliance from Home Depot, since it is the service .... after the sale - that counts and if Jack's is the repair contact ... that's good enough for me! read more

Our old refrigerator broke down. It could only keep stuff slightly cool. I thought I was going to be out a thousand bucks for a new one. Fortunately I called Jack's. Max came out the same day. I just needed a new fan to cool the compressor. I was fixed up for under two hundred dollars, and I got some good tips as well, like keeping the fridge three inches from the wall. Thank you, Jack's! read more
