I feel 100% comfortable during her services and throughout the appointment. Her space is clean and well decorated. There are bathrooms that are clean and convenient. There is a large parking lot for parking. I leave each appointment satisfied with my results. If I were looking for a change from my regular style of lashing Madeline was easy to communicate with and open to feedback. Each time she fully met my expectations. I schedule appointments regularly every 2 weeks. I find that I still have significant retention at the 2 week mark and believe my lashes still look amazing. I prefer the regular fills d/t the cycle of eyelash growth. However, if needed to extend pass 2 weeks d/t personal scheduling issues I found the eyes lashes to continue to be satisfactory. Scheduling is easy and stress free. In the beginning, I booked my next appointment with Madeline at the end of my current appointment. Now, I have changed to booking through her online site. https://www.madelinemaebeauty.com/ She has varied times that are accommodating. I have always received advanced notice if her regular scheduling we're to alter. For example, if she were to be going out of town she would make me aware so I could plan my next appointment accordingly I pay Madeline at the end of the service via mobile/online services. I find this preferable. Her pricing can be seen on her website. I find her pricing to be fair for the service received. Below is a selfie of me 11 days after eyelash appointment. Of note, I had been in the sun multiple days, in a pool, in the ocean and regularly applying lots of facial sunscreen. All of these which affect retention. My lashes are under the category of "full volume" d/t the appointment timing. I ask for a natural lash look.

Our previous technician at a different salon was charging more .The service was mediocre and the lashes didn't last 2 weeks.. we had to find some one who could provide my daughter with the personal care at a very reasonable price and she is so happy to have found Madeline a true master technician and she was great.. the lashes look amazing . Last a very long time and we could not be happier. I am so glad to have found a home where my daughter can get the highest level of service and feel great about herself . I would definiely recommend going there. She does a fantastic job. Thanks again

I highly recommend Luu Lash if you want amazing long lasting lashes

I have been a wearer of falsies for years now, and I finally decided that it was time to try…read moresomething that looked more natural, were softer, and lasted longer. I went and saw Mandy at Luu Lashes and it was the best experience and my lashes are amazing! HIGHEST QUALITY: I have had many people complement my new accessory, not realizing they were not my own lases because they look so soft and full, nothing like false eyelashes at all. When I did my research about the lashes, I found out that most places only do the faux mink if you pay extra each time---Faux Mink is the only kind of lash that Mandy uses. She also uses the highest quality adhesive---which the other lash places have you pay extra for as well. PROFESSIONAL & EXPERIENCED: Mandy always gets back to me right away and during my first booking when I needed to reschedule a couple times she was extremely accommodating to my very busy and sporatic schedule. She answered all my questions with full knowledge about her craft and she informed me she had been doing this for nine years now--which pretty much sealed the deal. Before I even met her in person, we had talked on the phone a few times and I felt like we were already friends. She is a wonderful person! She responds to phone calls, emails and texts, so you never feel like you have to wait a few days for the specialist to call you back---which can happen at larger salons. Lastly, as a professional should, Mandy keeps everything sterile and extremely clean---which should be a no brainer---but her going above and beyond in this area made me feel extra safe in her hands. FRIENDLY, ENJOYABLE: When I arrived for my first appointment, of course I was a little nervous to have someone touching my eyes for a long time, but Mandy talks you through all the steps and makes you very calm and relaxed. The first lash installment lasted over two hours and I thought I would be bored out of my mind, but Mandy kept up conversation, had great music going on, and the room was perfectly warm so you don't get cold from lying still for a long time. STILL THE BEST: I just had my second installment and it lasted a little under two hours, and as always, it was a great to have Mandy work on me---we chatted, listened to her killer iTunes Genius mix :) and just hung out. I have already referred one person there who already referred another (this all within 10 days!)....Obviously, Mandy's work and killer attitude speak for themselves---she is FANTASTIC---highest quality lashes delivered by the sweetest gal--can't beat that!
