Dream FX Media was quite literally a DREAM to work with. From start to finish, Nicole and Rob and…read moretheir entire team presented with professional yet personable and made myself, my now husband, and our entire family and friends so comfortable in front of the camera. From the start, Nicole was amazing. So friendly and quick to respond to my many questions. She made the process of booking with them so easy. Their pricing is also extremely reasonable for what you get. What I liked the most was their bundles- for reference my husband and I purchased the diamond package which came with both photography and videography. We also purchased their love story video, which is a 5 minute video to tell the story of how we met, and where we are today with wedding planning. The love story video experience was awesome. It was my and my husband's first time being in front of a videographer, but Rob made us feel so relaxed. We ended up doing two different shoots because I felt the first shoot didn't match the overall vibe of the wedding (which was on US not Dream FX Media), I also felt that I wanted to prioritize different angles (since I'm a bit self conscious) and have the video be shorter (originally the first video was about 8ish minutes long). And yes, this sounds like a lot of requests, because it was. And I knew that, yet Nicole and Rob didn't make us feel that way at all. They were so accommodating, understanding, and never made me feel bad for wanting to reshoot it. The second shoot, was literally perfect. It captured the vibe we wanted (elegant and romantic), and was the perfect length (5 minutes long). They were also open to editing certain parts of the video based on my requests which made the whole process so easy for us. Nicole and Rob truly made us feel like they cared about us and how we felt about the final product. During our wedding, we were so happy with their team. They were all kind and friendly. Nicole even helped me when I had a dress incident which is totally not part of their job description! But that's the type of people they are- willing to go above and beyond for their clients. We truly could not have been happier with Dream FX Media. They also sent us our sneak peek photos literally the day after the wedding, and sent us our highlight/instagram videos AND 600+ edited photos within one month! When I chatgpt'd how long it would take, it said on average 3-6 months. When I tell you Dream FX Media was working overtime, they were (sorry Nicole and Rob). But the videos came out BEAUTIFUL. And the photos were magical. I can't explain it, but both the highlight video and photos just brought me back to the day of my wedding and ALL of the feelings I felt. They captured the entire day- getting ready, our private vows, pre-photos with my family and bridal party, the ceremony, the reception- I mean everything, and looking at it all truly took me back to every moment. It was SOOO worth it. Yes, photography and videography can be pricey, but Dream FX Media are literal artists. If you want a photography/videography team that is professional, personable, kind, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond- this is the team you want. If you want photos and videos to bring you to tears and bring you back to the exact moment you got married, this is the team you want. Thank you, Nicole, Rob, and team. You truly made our wedding so special and we can't thank you enough! We will see you at our vow renewal in the future!

Just reviewing the wedding videography & can't speak to other services!…read more Kenson and his videography team is incredible! I wasn't originally planning to do wedding videography, but my family generously gifted me a video package - and I couldn't be more grateful. Kenson captured our vows, the best snippets of speeches during the reception, and the very essence of our wedding. He edited it all together in a way that is truly magical, and produced a video that we will truly cherish for a lifetime! Both my husband and I bawled all over again seeing the end product. You also get both the raw video, and an edited down version of the entire wedding. Honestly, brides, you are so moved and everything happens so fast during the wedding, a week later you've forgotten all the incredibly beautiful speeches people spent so much time on, and delivered on your special day. It's definitely worth it to get a videographer, and I couldn't give any higher recommendation than to Kenson and his team!! I included a few screenshots from our video too! https://vimeo.com/683042205

I don't know where to begin with Kiwan, the head of this company. Throughout our wedding, my husband and I regret having this company for our wedding video and photographer because of Kiwan. He lost the first half of our wedding video footage that his crew took, which was so heart breaking since this was our wedding. We wanted everything to look back on for our memories of our special day. He gave us the run around with everything. Kiwan was initially responsive and helpful prior to our wedding. Then two months after our wedding we didn't receive our wedding album and video. I sent numerous emails, phone calls, and text messages to ask him where everything was since we already paid for the package prior to our wedding in hopes to get what we paid for. He didn't respond for a while then when he did he kept giving us dates with when he would sent it to us, but he never did. We also asked for a refund and he kept trying to play the victim about how he didn't have money to pay for his bills and how he only had a few dollars in his account. That to me was personal and not business let alone not professional at all! We too, were needing money because of the whole pandemic and costs of living. At times, he wouldn't respond at all, and we thought he was just going to take our money and not refund us, which stressed us out. He even mentioned taking us to claims court because he thought it would be better to take it to court instead of dealing with it. After a few weeks, we finally made a deal that he could pay us monthly until he had paid us out. In the end, he did pay us back, but all the stress we had to go through wasn't worth it and fair to us. He sent us the wrong album of another couple's wedding, which I felt bad for them as well! Almost one year after our wedding... we received our album and our low quality made video that didn't capture everything we wanted or talked about prior to our wedding. Thinking about this makes me sad and frustrated. But, what is done is done. It's just upsetting how everything went down. We were a couple seeking company to capture our special day, and everyone in his crew delivered, EXCEPT for Kiwan. If he just did his job this would not have happened. I know we received our refund, which thank goodness we did but I honestly just wanted the footage from beginning to end of our wedding day because it was so memorable and priceless. I'm just lucky that my friends took a few videos prior to the reception for our keepsake. Overall, if you want quality photos, albums, and videos for your special event... I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company and pay the extra for another. Hope this helps!

UPDATING REVIEW:…read more Our wedding was August 28, 2022. Todays date is October 3, 2023 & received our wedding video. After text messaging Kiwan yesterday (multiple messages were sent prior, please look at previous review) Kiwan did text message back saying he sent an email with our wedding video in it. We did in fact receive our wedding video. 2 one being a highlight and the other a full wedding video. We are happy that we finally received it. So a recap, Kiwan and his team were friendly on the wedding day. Communication prior to wedding was good. We did receive our wedding pictures fast. After the wedding, communication was not so great on when we would receive our wedding video. Lots of promises we would receive it and it would get pushed to another date. But we are happy to have this closure, and to have our wedding video. I pray for Kiwan and his business, that you are able catch up on your work. I hope nothing but the best for your company. I pray for all his clients, that you are able to receive these happy moments & treasured moments.

Whenever I rewatch my wedding day livestream ceremony & videography I cannot help but LAUGH OUT LOUD & smile remembering the day. My husband and I first heard of Orig Media when we went to a wedding expo. When we came across their booth, what stood out to us about them is the uniqueness of their videography and capturing the wedding day. We hired them soon after we met up with Jeff in person. He is very professional, friendly, chill and definitely is GREAT at his craft. To be honest, Orig Media was probably one of the first vendors we hired! LOL. As time went on, we continued to converse and send updates and the staff were amazing at following up with us in a timely manner. Come our wedding, we were in the middle of a pandemic, and THANKFULLY Orig Media had a livestream option for our wedding day ceremony. It was a GOD SENT because we couldn't have most of our guests attend anymore due to COVID. I am so glad we had that option because it turned out amazing. Funny part was after the ceremony when my husband and I went home to watch the livestream which was still on Youtube, you could hear our side commentary. LOL. We loved it! I'll admit it was also great to be able to have family & friends around the globe watch our ceremony in real time (Philippines, California, Boston, and Canada). When we got our final product of the videography of the day I was absolutely pleased with it. It was exactly what I imagined and more. It will definitely be a wonderful keepsake for our family to come. Do not hesitate to work with Orig Media. They are amazing! Also - besides doing private parties/projects they also do independent film and commercials I believe. I recommend them to everyone!
