I visited this nail salon for the first time on Thursday for a pedicure and a basic manicure, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. Although I was convinced to upgrade to a higher-priced pedicure, I opted for the basic manicure. Unfortunately, the results were far from satisfactory. My nails are not terrible, but they are certainly not what I expected after paying for a manicure. I could have done a better job myself at home! I specifically asked the technician to shape all my nails the same, but they ended up with different shapes. To make matters worse, my cuticles were left in a messy condition, making it look like I've been biting my nails for months. What's particularly frustrating is that it seems the salon prioritizes customers who pay for more expensive services, while those opting for a simple manicure are left with subpar results. I even left a generous tip for the ladies who attended to me, hoping for a better outcome, but I was left feeling regretful instead. Now, my nails look unkempt just in time for Easter, which is disappointing. I will be sharing this review along with pictures to highlight this unfair experience. It's unfortunate that I had to endure such a poor manicure when I expected to leave feeling pampered and happy. Went for the first time with my sister a few days ago and was very disappointed. We got gel manicures and a pedicure. The manicurist was rushing through even though we were the only customers. We had bubbles in the paint, uneven edges and a ton of other imperfections, and when we called it out she blamed the way we were placing our hands in the uv light. I've had plenty of manicures in my time to know that was not true. She forgot some fingers when applying the top coat and when I pointed it out she was annoyed. Never going to this place again!!! I went and got my sns nails removed. Kim was the person who removed my nails, however she grind the nail polish and my nails too deep, it still hurt and can't open anything that requires using finger nail, because she grounded too much after 2 weeks. It was just a terrible experience and I will warn you that this nail salon makes you feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable and kim was expecting her tip after the service. Just to remove sns nail charged $30!?!? Does it sound like right amount? I still cannot put my hands in semi hot water because my nails are so sensitive! First and last visit. My teen and preteen requested manicures. I was talked into a full set for myself. We were placed very far apart and, after hearing loud cutting noises, I realized they had chopped off ALL my teens nails in prep for giving HER a full set. I called out their mistake and was just told that she thought it was two full sets. No apology whatsoever. Not only was it brushed off, the woman working with me laughed about it and said it was fine. The woman who cut my teens nails off actually told her "They weren't THAT long anyways." (I was out of earshot). The entire time we were all constantly bombarded with upsales pitches - gel, designs, etc. I say bomboarded because a polite decline was followed by more urging for the items to be added on. Ridiculous. This was even done to my 9 year old while I was out of earshot - then informing me of what she wanted to confirm it was ok. When done, my tech tried to push eyebrow threading. Again, after politely declining I was told how I should really do it and how much better I would look if I did. Um...no means no. In the end, the total for butchering my kids nails, painting a 9 years olds natural nails and giving me an unskilled/ poorly executed full set (all the nails are angled WAY up except my thumbs...it looks so unnatural) was $140. I called and made an appointment with a specific nail tech and when I got there and told them who I was to see, they started talking amongst themselves and giggling. Finally telling me that person hasn't been there for a few weeks. So 1) they lied to get me in there and 2)the person giving pedicures that day had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Rubbed lotion on legs, no massage. Used that ILLEGAL metal cheese grater thing on the bottom of my feet. Had no idea what to do with hot stones and put COLD wet towels on my legs. Daughter's nails were decent. Not comparable to the work of the person we requested the appointment with. My toes were terrible and I ended up with a fungus from their dirty bowl/used tools. Visited this brand new nail bar about a month ago they were giving 20% off because it was a new opening the manager did my nails wasn't a great experience she kept pulling on my arm instead of scooting closer or telling me to scoot up she kept pulling on my arm the entire time, I got gel Polish was going out of town the 2nd day the jail Polish started bubbling up and lifting not sure why, this had never happened to me before with a nail salon .... so about a week later when I got back went and showed them what the nail Polish was doing, the manager acted angry that I had come back to address this with them, I then made an appointment to come back to get it corrected the next day But then just decided not to even go back because of the manager's distasteful attitude so needless to say I probably will not be back to his nails, found a better one in the area. read more

I've tried this nail salon multiple times and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They overcharge you for basic mediocre work. Everytime I go and I'm told the price I'm literally shocked. For example today I went in because I broke my big toe nail so I wanted them to add a fake nail to my big toe, she then convinced me that needed a full polish change on both feet so I agreed. I was charged $48 for a Polish change and a fake big toe nail. They are always empty and I see why because they overcharge every chance they get. First of all, Helen, who did my SNS is THE BOMB!!! The reason I cannot give it a higher rating is because of their price strategy and the awful attitude of the owner. On their website they list $40 for SNS, but they charged me more than that. The price for SNS is actually $42 and then they charge $5 for removing your old SNS. I have NEVER had a separate price for removing my old SNS before getting new dip. Then they had a 10% coupon on their website that they did not want to honor. They ended up honoring it, but I was told "do not come back if you are so unhappy" (said in a very snarky manner). I was stocked!
