They did nothing to help and their customer service sucked. I ended up going to the manufacture and ordering it again and I got it at the price I wanted and the manufacturer told me when it was going to be delivered and they wrapped the gift!! Your store is lovely, but there is room for improvement. Im writing not to make a big deal but you need to improve your service.

Due to the way they designed the configuration it was "custom and not returnable" - however when it arrived the scale was so enormous that I tried to refuse delivery. When I worked very patiently with the in store associates to resolve the issue, they were even willing to send someone to the house but later admitted that corporate is "cracking down" and even though the manager admitted she would have suggested something different and the original "design consultant" who came to our home had no design experience (she told me this herself when she was at our house) their design team decided that "in line with corporate policy" they would refuse a return. I have written to their corporate office with no response and am now stuck with an eye sore which cost $4,600. It is so innapropiate for the home in every way that I now have it listed for sale here and on Craig's List. Crate & Barrel does not stand behind their in-home design service so buyer beware - this service does not prevent you from making huge mistakes and when mistakes are made they do not stand with the consumer, they stand for profits only. Too bad as I would have continued using Crate & Barrel for years to come and my trust is now gone.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman downstairs and directed to the restaurant on the third floor. Upon reaching the host stand, we let the host know that we were a party of two. We were immediately told there was a one-and-a-half-hour wait. My friend asked whether reservations were required, and the host explained that it was simply due to the holiday weekend. While we understood that holiday weekends can be busy, what was confusing was that the restaurant did not appear particularly crowded. There were numerous empty tables visible, and there were no other parties waiting ahead of us. We accepted the wait time and decided to order a drink and sit in an outdoor area the host said we could use while waiting. However, as we were heading outside, the host suddenly informed us that a table that had just been seated had immediately gotten up and left, and that we could take their table. We went from being quoted a 90-minute wait to being seated almost instantly. The abrupt change made the original wait time difficult to understand. As we sat and enjoyed our cocktails and appetizers, we continued to observe guests arriving. Throughout our visit, we watched multiple parties approach the host stand and be seated immediately. We did not observe anyone else being quoted the lengthy wait time we had been given. Additionally, there were still no visible groups waiting to be seated. I am of Jamaican descent, and my friend is Central American. While I cannot say with certainty why we were initially told there would be such a long wait, the experience left me feeling singled out and questioning whether our appearance played a role in how we were treated. It was an uncomfortable feeling that unfortunately overshadowed what could have otherwise been an enjoyable visit. The food and drinks were fine, and some staff members were very pleasant. However, first impressions matter, and this experience left me with concerns about how guests are welcomed and accommodated. Because of how uncomfortable the situation made me feel, I do not plan to return. I hope management reviews guest seating practices to ensure all visitors receive consistent and equitable treatment.

Party room meaning the room where we set up our food buffet and other dishes for family and friends parties. We had our 2 foldable banquet tables in there that we bought from Costco and we eventually we got too lazy to put them away. So I gave Ken a call and we worked together after several calls to each other (and texts) and were able to give him the exact dimensions we wanted for our new cabinets, including the wood finish. We just wanted a simple looking design that would meet our needs. Our custom made cabinets came a week later and I am super happy! Over a year ago I stumbled upon this place in San Rafael and ordered a credenza piece for our dining room and I still love it. I wanted new dressers for our bedroom since our 10 year old IKEA dresser drawers broke. I was able to order & purchase 4 new dressers at Dimensional Furniture with one of them made custom sized to a space that didn't match standard sized dressers. I am really super happy. The dressers are made with solid wood and you have a choice of 10 colors to choose from for the finish. You also have a choice of either wood or silver pull handles for the drawers. I came in on a Tuesday morand my dressers were delivered yesterday afternoon...on a Thursday (the same week)! I paid an extra fee to have my old broken IKEA dressers taken away as well.
