They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices. Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. If you are looking for an honest contractor offering a fair price, look no more! It's unusual to find an owner of a small company that still gets out and loves what he does. Ron was there from the first phone call for an estimate, to an in-person estimate, and then his personal hands-on installation work. Ron is a consummate skilled craftsman at his trade who was coaching a new assistant during our installation. He is a patient professional who visited our home several times to answer questions and refine the estimate as our thinking changed. When Ron comes and provides with you a quote the first thing you'll notice is his expertise, professionalism, and friendly manner. He will walk with you and ask your needs and wants. He'll give you his professional opinion and let you decide what works best for you. His pricing was reasonable and fair. Although Ron did not push it, I added the stainless screens on top of most gutter runs because we have lots of leaves from a Long Beach City tree and needles from our row of tall junipers. Then on day to repair poked holes in the gutters that weren't there before. Two, the estimate had no discount offered which was unexpected. I reached out to Alexander and he said management would re-estimate. We never heard from your company again. Three, the original (undiscounted) estimate was $43,000 for copper ( 130 linear feet plus 90 downspout) or $200 a linear ft. $7,800 for aluminum. $200 a ft for copper is 5 times what we paid another company. Please stick to the truth in your replies.
