First time going here yesterday and forgot to take pictures of my food order. I just had a basic empanada with chicken which was really good . This place isn't big so we did take out which was quick . Might try something again next time. The staff were very nice ,

Headed to Incredible Pets for some needed pet supplies I stumbled upon this little spot and their Cuban sandwich called my name! I have been craving this sandwich a lot this month and have been trying new ones wherever I can find them. So this is an easy review based on getting the same order and spending around the same price for a comparable meal. I walked in to this little restaurant with a few tables and counter to order. Very simple decor and a small spot... those are often the best! I ordered the Cuban (my favorite sando!) and one cheese empanada. This order was to go, but as I live down the road, it wasn't long and within mere minutes until I platted it and begun to eat with high hopes! The empanada was fried to perfection! Beautiful and big! However, the outside breading was sweet, and with a bit of powdered sugar it WOULD have tasted like a lovely beignet... but I wasn't wanting something sweet so I was disappointed. To further that feeling of surprise, the cheese was hardly melted at all. 0 cheese pull and cold. I had to reheat it myself just to keep from throwing it out. The sandwich did not come with anything on the side; no chips, pickles, fries ect and for the price, it felt like a wast of money. Heavy meat portions could have made up for the lack of sides vs the slivers of meats it actually had inside. The meat was minimal, as mentioned, and flavorless, the bread was so chewy I could barely swallow it. This also needed reheating just to soften the bread to make it edible. For the $15 this small under whelming meal cost, I can't say I will be visiting again

Absolutely amazing everything. We drove here from the resort area of Cocoa Beach. Nicely decorated and very clean and welcoming inside. We were served by the lady in the picture in the newspaper! We had shredded chicken and shredded beef arepas with homemade red hot sauce; every fresh made and tastes amazing. Deep fried ground beef empanada so perfectly seasoned and the bread is sweet! I just wish I lived close by so I could eat here a lot more often. Take a break from the beaches and try some Arepas Con Que!

Delicious food. Friendly owner David gave us some samples, made some recommendations, and was just a great guy while we were there. It's a small location, but the food was legit!

My lunch at arepa con que, the food is amazing, authentic Latin food. I feel like my grandma was cooking for me. The service was great and the the restaurant welcomed me to stay.

Such a good find-- authentic and delicious Venezuelan food with great service! The arepas are huge and thoroughly filled-- I usually can eat two, but I was pretty full after one. I got the reina pepiada, and it was everything I hoped for. The tequeños were fresh, and I loved the garlic sauce they came with. Highly recommend Arepa Con Que for Latin food in the Melbourne area!

At first I made the mistake of thinking that this was a little hole-in-the-wall cuban bakery, BUT I was even more pleased to learn that it was actually Venezuelan and the owners are very authentic (and speak English too!) The menu is simple, but the passion and quality shows through. I had the Combo 1 w/ a Vegetarian Arepa and Coffee w/ Milk. Absolutely delicious. The coffee comes out first and takes you immediately to a time you may have traveled to a cafe in Latin America and had fresh brewed coffee there. The Combo was spot on. I will definitely be come back here again. Don't let the size full you, their service and hearts are bigger than the store. Grab some international cuisine without having to leave Florida. Salud!

a Small Venezuelan place that serves amazing tasting food- dessert and some local chocolates. we visited this place after seeing the yelp review, the guy at the counter was very friendly and the lady from the kitchen took our orders. the ambiance is like old school farmhouse setup and it's a small place. we did a take-out. the espresso was out of the world and so was the "Tres Leche" - Highly recommend. Arepas tasted yummy. the service was quick and very friendly. food was freshly made to order and the taste was on the point. a must-try place in Melbourne.

Ever been buzzed off of caffeine?!? . . I am currently buzzing off of a small delicious cuban coffee and flying high from an amazing meal @arepaconque2018 . . . I can not begin to pick my favorite item so I will just list the items I tried and let you be the judge when you make a trip to see them. We started are meal with two HUGE beef empanadas (with the house made hot sauce) then followed with a savory #cubansandwich , and two #arepas one with meat and one with just cheese. We finished our meal on a sweet note with an order of #treslechescake. The best part about this restaurant is that they are less than 5 miles from my house and offer a take out menu! . . #mynewfavorite #cubanfood #yum #foodie #eats #supportlocals #localbusiness #brevardcounty #brevardeats #spacecoast #local #foodgasm #foodiesofinstagram #eatlocal

Small but packed full of amazing, delicious food!!!! I shared pork & Gouda cheese arepa and a ham & cheese empanada and they were out of this world, crispy and delicious, full of flavor. The tres leches desert was the best I have had too! Coffee better than Starbucks to top it off and I will be coming back here daily!

Yeah, I know it is Melbourne. But don't hang all the Venezuelan swag if you aren't going to pull it off. Miami prices on the menu and smaller portions in execution. I don't mind paying a little more but one arepa should fill you up. The Tequanos were good. The pricing on the menu is not what he wrote upon the check. 50 cents here...20 cents on another item but that adds up all day long. I called him on it and all of a sudden no Habla English.....really? A poorly executed idea that if executed well I would drive to the mainland for. Not now. No Beuno.

Best Cuban sandwich available around here. The folks that own/operate the business are very pleasant and welcoming. One of our favorites.

Ok this has to be my favorite restaurant in Orlando and I loved the food so much. Alfredo was my…read moreserver and he had the best recommendation and I loved it. The empanada came LOADED with shredded beef and this empanada didn't skimp out on quality. It tastes so good when you dip it with the green sauce and it was chef's kiss. I think this is the best empanada I ever had and when I tried other empanada, it doesn't even compare to this. I ordered another dish but I forgot the name and it's soo good. I was a little disappointed because the menu said pick 3 sides and I chose all beef. Alfredo didn't mention to me that there would be an additional charge for the beef. As a result, I had to pay an additional $10 which was very pricey and didn't find out until I received my bill and saw the charge. I didn't make any complaints because the employees seem not to speak English well and it's hard to be a foreigner trying to adapt to the culture and the language. But this is soo good and I can see why the reviews on yelp are all stellar.

I live close, so have come here quite a bit over the year…read more Pro- Just got renovated, so it looks pretty. The staff is nice, and the food is good. They also have lunch specials, which is nice. Cons- There is ALWAYS a weird perm smell when you go. It literally smells like someone is perming their hair, so not good. Another con is sometimes it takes long to get your food. And last but not least, I think their prices are not reasonable lately. Some of the prices do not match their menu, not sure when they raised their prices but I have never ever heard of a patacon costing almost $26 anywhere, and I frequent a lot of Venezuelan spots. Their name went from Q'Kenan restaurant to Q'Kenan Steakhouse so maybe now they just raised all the prices, I don't know. Their most expensive patacon on the menu is the one with Picańha and it says $17...yet I got charged 25.90. Regardless of how good something is, there shouldn't be a $9 difference from what is on the menu. That is absurd. On my last trip- $43 for an empanada, tequeńos and a patacon just doesn't sound right for Venezuelan food, and I come from living in Miami where restaurants are supposed to be more expensive. Add a tip and you're paying over $50 for street food. That's wild.
