Arepas are a local Puerto Rican delicacy that isn't found as often as other local foods like roast pork ("lechón asado"), or tostones (" twice-fried plantains), but she well made, they are very, very tasty. They are like medium-sized patties made of flour and water, or flour with coconut. Arepa Chic has a this two, plus an arepa made of corn flour. The stuffed arepas are to die for, especially the 'La Luisa' for vegetarians, 'Ana' for fish-lovers, and 'La Lola' or 'La Frida' for meat lovers.
