The first contractor they hired was less then honest. And as for production, we had weekly meetings and saw absolutely no progress. To be fair they demo most of the existing house and semi completed a retaining wall. After patiently trying to work with him we had to let him go. Luckily for us John Hanley was recommended by a family friend who lived in the area and had most of his home built by John. So the bidding process started again. This is where you sense the honesty of people. Some contractors came with some astronomical number and you can only imagine how much higher it would get if hired. They say you should stick to the middle. I've been closely working with John and his crew for over a year now and still continuing. Estimated completion date is July/August 2016. It has been a night and day difference. From only seeing dirt and the old existing concrete foundation on the ground to new concrete foundation, all the framing, plumbing, new septic system, rain water catch system, all the electrical...too many details to list but I was here to witness it all. We still have a long ways to go but I'm sure John will get us to the finish line.

I had multiple issues during installation. Lack of communication with the workers, workers leaving behind more than above average trash (including SEVERAL nails knowing I have young kids and pets), sticker wrapper from the material that flew into my pool and worse- into my neighbors yard and street. Guess who had to clean it -me because I was told workers would return that same afternoon to pick up but didn't. I can't wait for workers to return to pick up trash the next day while the wind was blowing trash everywhere. Oh and had some defensive attitude from the rep when we brought up our concerns day 1. Anyway they finished. Well rain hit hard shortly after installation and we had a leak in the kitchen. They came to fix it. Then it rained again and...a leak in my daughter's room. They said they would come out to fix and a week passed and no one showed up so we had to follow up. They ended up coming to "fix it". We are experiencing more rain now in February and now yet another leak in my daughter's room. We were told they would fix it. So far they have fixed the issues but it's 3 leaks after installation.
