Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Our project manager Tamir was exceptional -- responsive, organized, and clearly invested in the quality of the work. He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

The remodel included changing the old plaster to mini pebble, installing new tile, adding a new LED pool light, and doing the deco seal around the pool. The finish came out great and it completely refreshed the look of the pool. Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule. I also appreciated that he was able to accommodate a couple of last-minute additions I requested during the project and made sure everything was taken care of. The crew did solid work and the pool looks great now. I'm happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Way To Go Builders if you're planning a pool remodel.

Our exterior paint had faded significantly over the last 25+ years and looked dull and boring. Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms were well worn from decades of renter abuse when we'd lived out of state, and we'd always worried about the electrical wiring and service capacity of our 1950s-era home. Normally, we ignore solicitors and flyers, but a knock on our door and brief conversation piqued our interests and we agreed to meet with Build Force Remodeling's representative the next day. Honestly, we just wanted to get an idea about how much a new exterior paint job, kitchen and master bathroom remodel might cost and if we could afford it. The following day, we met with Steve Morris and his associate, Benjamin. After showing them our kitchen and bathroom, we discussed several options regarding the scope of work, materials, etc. and finally got a cost estimate. Initially, we balked at the cost due to what we believed were our financial constraints of living on a fixed income. Steve asked about our mortgage and duration of ownership, suggesting that we might be able to refinance our home loan and use our equity to pay for the project with no out-of-pocket expenses. This brightened our outlook, and we then discussed adding a complete electrical rewiring and capacity upgrade. All in all, we determined that the expanded project was "doable", and we signed a contract. Demolition work began immediately and we were impressed with the care they showed handling our furniture and belongings. The exterior painting crew, led by "Francisco", did a fabulous job that included replacing rotted wood, patching broken stucco. We love the new Forest Green color and the "curb appeal" alone is awesome! The interior remodel work was expertly done by "Diego" who's personal attention to craftsmanship, detail, and our customer satisfaction overwhelmed us! "Shay" and his team of electricians made several helpful suggestions to the rewiring work that provided not only greatly improved lighting throughout, but also improved functional access to outlets, identified previously unknown branch circuits, and greatly increased our home's service capacity! My wife and I are thrilled with the end results and wish to recognize and commend the entire Build Force Remodeling team for their help to realize our dreams. Everyone from the project managers, construction craftsmen, office support staff, finance personnel treated us with respect and gave us their personal attention.  Build Force Remodeling has earned our highest recommendation!!

If they respondent had taken the time to read my review, then he would have seen that I cancelled the contract before the work had begun, so there would be no invoice or completed contract in their system. I was very clear and detailed with my review about the details. The HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) that came to my home was Yael Rosenbaum. I have attached a short text thread from her, after my visit. I also included a screenshot showing that she was unlicensed at the time she came to my house and only got licensed as the result of me filing a claim with the California State Contractors Board. In addition, I have copies of the contract and other paperwork, yet they "have no record of me". More lies. In my initial review, I also included a copy of the letter from the CSLB confirming that BFR had committed violations, so to try and take a stance that you don't know who I am, or have any record of me, is completely nonsensical. Another lie. If this doesn't reinforce to you, what kind of a company they are, then I don't know what will. Do better.

I hired Flahavan construction after i received several quotes for my garage conversion project…read more Right off the bat I like Chris's (owner) demeanor and professionalism. The quote and timetable came back quickly with everything accounted for. I preferred that he change a few things to my specs and he had no problem accommodating me. After we agreed to a contract and having Chris explained a few of the unknown factors that could pop up and cause a little delay (as to be expected on a building this old" we got started. I was pleased that Chris was on site for the duration of the build. He was right on with his guesses at some of the unknown (ie having to run new electrical from the main panel, some minor roof repairs, etc) and handled them with speed and precision. Even at the end when I realized that I did want to install flooring, security lights, base boards and toe kick, Chris was on it with no problem. In fact, he even fixed my poor broken down fence for just cost of parts when he saw that it was about to come toppling down. The project was completed almost on the time estimate given even with a bunch of surprise problems that you cant calculate for until your knee deep in this kind of project. The rest of the delay was due to my own indecisiveness on what type of flooring, what paint color and coordinating with my painters. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Payments were made in disbursements as small projects were done. Bills were presented and a walk through was given for each completed task. Final payment was given after all work was done and we were satisfied with the completion. Chris even came back out a few months later to make some minor touch ups for things that I wasn't completely satisfied with. I will definitely hire him again. Thanks for building me a man cave that has all my friends jealous!!
