Quality Home remodeling is reliable, throrough, priced fairly, and completes the work without excessive delays. Most importantly, their project manager Daniel is very engaged, communicates well, and dependable to ensure that the work is completed to plan and to the satisfaction of the client. His oversight is a big part of the success of each project and I would not hesitate to engage him again. The contracting is transparent and professional and the billing is milestone based and generally appropriate. Quality Home Remodeling has made my remodeling experience unexpectedly pleasant and uneventful and that's all I can ask for.

Every possible metric in which to judge a contractor and construction company is at the highest level. The workers are ALL not only professional and highly skilled but respectful and friendly. The craftsmanship is phenomenal. The project supervisor Daniel came by often to inspect the work. The contractor Yobi has also been by. They are all hands on. A synergistic team and the results are truly incredible and impressive. Remodeling is time consuming and intrusive but this team makes it bearable. It's been a pleasure watching it unfold. We plan to use this company again next year to do a major kitchen remodel. Highly recommended this company.

But our project manager Eli pushed this construction experience from great to totally superior. He was responsive, earnest, honest, and quickly pivoted no matter what the obstacle or circumstance;; he was the antithesis of the "bad contractor" experience. Plus, his subcontractors were absolutely amazing. Such nice people and they all did amazing work. The nice spaces have changed the way we use our home for the better. I would use Morrison again in a heartbeat.

This was the third company we had come out and provide a quote, and from that very first encounter it was apparent that Shay knew his business quite well and gave us a detailed breakdown of the costs, the order of the demolition and reconstruction subcontractors, and where in the process each payment would be due. Though the original estimates of how long the project would take (~6 weeks), turned out to be grossly short compared to what actually transpired (~5 months), it was no fault of Romano. Our bathroom fixtures and vanity were all on back order due to the increase in demand and decrease in supply and production during COVID in the winter/holiday season. While not every single thing was perfect at first, any criticisms or suggestions we made during the process were immediately rectified and they were very clear that our happiness with the end product was their primary concern. Additionally, every subcontractor that came to the house (demo, plumbing, tiling, painting, etc.) was incredibly friendly and respectful. We absolutely plan on hiring Romano for our next remodel, and I have already recommended them to other friends and family.

My wife and I from our first conversation were blown away by the level of professionalism, communication, and transparency during the entire process. All projects were broken down into parts, with each having its own payment installment scheduled. So no big 50% payment up front and wondering where you were in the project. If anything new did come up, they were careful to schedule time to discuss the what and why, and ensure that everyone was on the same page. I'd absolutely recommend Romano Builders to anyone with a project in their respective area. We're in Monrovia but they do work in a much wider area.

Victor went above and beyond to make sure every detail was done right. Everyone he brought in for the different aspects of the project was professional, skilled, and did outstanding work. My project included a very complicated tile pattern, and Victor personally came to my home four different times to review the layout and determine the best way to set the tile. He was incredibly patient, walked through multiple options with me, and made sure we got it exactly right. The final result came out flawless. Because his crew was so talented, I ended up having Victor do several additional items--I wanted everything to look perfect, and it absolutely does. He even took care of small details I didn't ask for, simply because he wanted everything to look beautiful. I'm very picky, and there isn't a single thing I would have him fix or redo. I truly can't say enough positive things about Victor and his entire crew. I will continue referring him to everyone I know who needs work done--and I already have.

This remodel was bigger than the first job. It wasn't easy because there were many funny little issues in addition to the significant problems needing to be fixed. From the start, they made sure to go over every single detail and explain what each choice would mean. We weren't the easiest clients this time around because we changed our minds so many times, but it was never a problem. They were kind and patient throughout, and always had good workarounds for every issue, just like with the project 11 years ago. The job just concluded last week, and the work is top notch. I cannot express how much I hate doing this kind of project, but Oren and Eden Builders made this as tolerable as can be. Hopefully, it's not going to be anytime soon, but the next project will be with Eden Builders too. Thanks Oren and team for another amazing job.

He helped us coordinate with the insurance company, and got to work almost immediately. I was shocked by how efficient he was at coordinating the different subcontractors who installed the floors, cabinets, counters, tile backsplash, painters, etc. It was like a well oiled machine with almost no days where work wasn't being conducted, including Saturdays. My wife and I went into the process of looking for contractors expecting we could be without a kitchen for months. Turned out, with Palatin, the whole renovation only took about 4 weeks! If anyone has been through a major renovation, and had to get temporary housing, you know there is nothing more valuable than limiting the time away from home... except the quality of the work. Luckily, Palatin did not disappoint in quality either. We LOVE our new kitchen. The cabinets are great quality and look amazing. The counters are beautiful. The backsplash is pure art, and the floors and moulding are exactly what we wanted.
