We hired Senalee based on her reviews here and how organized and responsive she was when we first contacted her. Senalee listened to our proposed design, answered all of our questions and provided excellent suggestions for pulling it all together. She researched complimentary materials to what we already wanted and provided multiple design ideas for us to choose between. She brought us samples and helped explain which would go well together. She also knows all the important details of what city and state regulations require. When we were done, Senalee produced complete design documents and delivered them directly to our contractor. A great experience and I highly recommend her for any remodeling or interior design.

I contacted her originally just for help with paint colors, but ended up being so impressed by her design knowledge and ideas for the space that I asked her to help me with the whole place. She took into account my budget and my general style and then came back with a couple of different concepts. She was right on and within budget. I now have a finished studio apartment that has truly been transformed into a comfortable oasis that I love coming home to. I cannot recommend Senalee highly enough.

Kimball got back to my initial inquiry right away, offered an informed and realistic quote, and outlined her process in an appealing and accessible way. Then I learned that not only is she an excellent communicator and business operator--she is a style genius. I gave her a deranged word salad of the aesthetic I was looking for and she outlined it into an action plan, developed a gorgeous color palette, taught me how to do simple home edits and fixes myself, offered a bunch of insider discounts, provided a range of price point choices for various items, helped me place orders, and made sure every single order was correct. At one point she even came to my house to personally install two lamps and a rug because I was out of town when they delivered. When another lamp arrived damaged, she got me a replacement for free. By the end of her process, I was living in the most gorgeously decorated house I've ever seen, and the total expenditures came out significantly UNDER her original estimate. I complained that my life was overwhelming, stressful, and I couldn't think straight. She told me about her business and was incredibly motivating. Who would think that clearing up your personal space could have such a profound & positive psychological effect? In a small apartment, stuff piles up quickly. Kimberly came over and we immediately tackled my closet. She was strong enough to take charge of my whimpering and sensitive enough to let me keep my old, ugly sweatshirt. Long story short, I took several bags to the Goodwill and a couple to Crossroads where they paid me over $100! Kimberly made me money! Next we tackled my overloaded storage closets. Kimberly knew just what questions to ask and comments to make to help me free myself of "stuff." I gave over 3 boxes of music that I'll never use to a pianist friend of mine who was over the moon! This is long overdue…read more My family and I moved from a 2/2 condo to a 4/4 house in SF. Being a working household with a 1 and 4 year old we really needed help with our remodel. I had originally planned to interview a handful of designers, but as luck would have it I met Rosi first and hired her on the spot. There are a lot of talented designers in SF, but what sets Rosi apart are her integrity and how much she values long-lasting relationships with her customers and vendors alike. She helped us with our bedrooms, living and family rooms and did a good job of presenting multiple ideas and different price points. She offered her opinion as to what she thought would be the best value AND last for a long time, no easy task with adult tastes and 2 young toddlers who love running around with spaghetti sauce on their fingers. ;) We worked together for several months and eventually she felt like a friend... a few times she even fed our cat and put away our garbage bins while we were on vacation. After we wrapped up on original remodel, a couple months later I asked her if she could help with a bathroom remodel. She said of course, but also asked why as our bathroom was already in good condition so I told her that I noticed our shower tiles seemed loose. Rosi came over the next day to inspect the tiles (AND a leaking pipe!) and we both agreed a remodel wasn't really necessary. She advised that a plumber and tile person would do the trick and connected me with a couple of her contacts to meet me that same week. Very impressed with Rosi and would love to hire again!

She knows great subcontractors, custom window covering contractors, specialty services like hanging art, reupholstering furniture, and window films experts. The window film expert convinced us not to use his window film but instead use a sheer window covering provided by another contractor. We had a painter who wasn't performing. Lynnore found us another painter who performed better and cost less, and also smoothed the way with the general contractor. A home renovation can be a tough project to undertake. When you use Lynnore, you know you have a team of people that always has your back and your best interests in mind. She will work with your budget and deliver above-and-beyond stellar results!
