We called; the chair was at our home within two hours. Free delivery. I needed to extend the period we needed the chair. Called Ms. Celeste up, no problem, call us when you're ready for it to be picked up. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful company Hudson's Wheelchair Rentals and Ms. Celeste are. I highly recommend this company.

Smocking Arts Guild of America. I tried two other places but they were not in the area I needed. Ms. Celeste relieved my fears right off the bat. Her soft soothing calm voice confirmed I had dialed the right location for delivery of two scooters to the Hotel we will be staying at for a week. Ms. Celeste talked with me for some time explaining how things will be handled on their end. She had a coupon available to give me a discount And that helped so much. I did not have the money available the day I ordered it but she said I could pay anytime as long as it was before October 12 ... the day of delivery. I called today October 3 with my payment information and once again Ms. Celeste's kindness was evident even over the phone. She remembered me and my order. If you need a scooter or a wheel chair to rent ... I highly recommend Hudson's Wheelchair rentals. Thank you.

    I will not give any ratings at all!!! Take your business…read moreelsewhere and I mean elsewhere. I've been calling and talking to so many employees in this firm and have been advised to leave messages if the managers don't answer. Numerous times, I have been there and done that SINCE DECEMBER 2022. Here we are January 2023 and NO PROGRESS! On Friday January 20, 2023 I spoke with a manager, who referred a Technician in the Mobility Home Department to me. I explained about the numerous phone calls I have made since last year and he listened to my pleas and decided to take on our dilemma even to go as far as scheduling to come out on his own time for Saturday January 21, 2023. From 2 PM to 3 PM. On Saturday January 22, 2023 at 11 AM I decided to call the technician to confirm our appointment and he responded that it's still in progress and we will meet around 2 PM to 3 PM. I DO NOT LIVE with my 82 year old Mother but made arrangements to drive there to wait for this appointment that "THE TECHNICIAN SETUP" not me! So I was waiting and waiting and I was worried because we also have church services to attend at 5 pm. I called the technician to find out if he's still coming but I went to voicemail.. 3:45 pm I called again and I went to voicemail. I called again and left another message with the technician that we've been waiting at my mothers residence but he never answered my calls. All I really wanted was a common decency to know if he cancelled or got held up but he never responded to my voicemail or text. My mother and siblings had also prepared the house prior to him coming for the appointment that he made! Sunday January 22, 2023 The technician finally calls me at 11:22 with an apology that he had a family crisis and his sister was in an accident! I told him that I am sorry to hear that and that life happens BUT if he can call me to tell me that a day later why didn't he tell me that on the day off HIS appointment that he scheduled! We put our schedules on hold for companies who set the appointments up and then stood us up! What a shame!!!!! I'm done with this Company! It's terrible for what they did to us from the get go! You did not just affect me but my 82 year old mother and disabled Sister! Inhumane to treat us like this From the very beginning I simply asked, Do you not want our business and we will go elsewhere but they strung us along with empty promises!!!!
