I naively signed up for "auto pay" and now I get billed for things that are not explained. (I am not alleging these charges are bogus, but I just don't know for sure.) I've tried reaching someone to figure it out. After many attempts, the best I have been able to do is reach a call center, most likely located outside of the U.S. If they were a good company to work with, they would make it easy for customers to reach them and they would clearly itemize charges. Why all the hiding? It is incredibly frustrating to try to work with this/these company/companies.

Many times I've been here and there's only a single employee holding down the fort. Today I stopped in during my break to find they were closed for 30 minutes from 1:30pm to 2:00pm. However there were 3 people back there so was there really a reason to close instead of staggering their lunches? Oh well. It's better than nothing.
