The multiple spa spaces (steam room, clay sauna, Finnish sauna, and more) make it perfect for a large-ish gathering to have elbow room (we had 20 people) while the layout also makes it intimate enough that we felt connected. Nothing like all your friends cheering from the hot tub while you cold plunge! While the spa is always "social" so no need to whisper, I highly recommend the luxury and fun of a private booking. Aside from respectfully keeping our voices low in the locker room near treatment rooms being used by other guests, we were able to laugh and toast to our hearts' content. On that note, the staff was so accommodating with a table for the snacks we brought, a tub with ice for our drinks, and generally all the coordination that it took to pull this off. They made it as easy as possible. And on the day-of, Denise was a particularly gracious host -- welcoming us and even patiently/considerately snapping a group photo from multiple angles (at our request, to be clear - haha). I'll be back many more times -- whether solo or with friends. So grateful for this urban retreat in a very convenient location for Seattle-area city'zens.

Deep tissue massages are not for the faint of heart . They are not for those looking to go to sleep during the massage. She was firm and targeted spending most time on the areas that needed it most. She started on my legs and feet and then worked her way up. I was most impressed with the owner's knowledge and experience. She is an expert in Chinese massage and understands and is trained on the benefits of Chinese medicine. As a result she understands the connection of massage and other areas of your body. This is different than other local massage places. This is a high quality massage that addresses your whole body. Suffice it to say, that I left feeling so much better than when I entered. I met privately via telehealth with Jennifer, the nurse practitioner based in Las Vegas. She was professional, warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question thoughtfully. I especially appreciated that when I asked why certain health questions were necessary, she welcomed my curiosity and explained everything clearly. That level of communication made me feel confident I was in good hands. I've received vitamin IVs at many clinics over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best experiences I've had. The staff was knowledgeable, the process was smooth, and I never felt rushed. I paid for my treatment myself and happened to take advantage of one of the introductory specials they're currently offering for their Bellevue location, which made it a great opportunity to experience the clinic for the first time. I also got to see their two-person hyperbaric chamber, which looks more like a comfortable recliner than the traditional chambers I've seen before. In the communal room you are clothed (of course!). I chose a 60 minute foot massage which starts with you lying on your back clothed. Feet on hot water soaking.
