Our garage door opener is 21 years old but still works perfectly fine. They were the ONLY company that didn't try to upsell us on a new opener simply because of its age. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to come by, and we really appreciated it! From start to finish, they were timely, professional, and great at communicating. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and will absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend Lakewood Garage Door to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a company you can actually trust.

Long story short: call Third Gen Garage Doors NOW if you want an amazing garage door. Just see for…read moreyourself between the before and after photos of mine. I initially found Third Gen Garage Doors on Instagram and I was impressed by garage door installs that I saw. I reached out once I was ready to move forward with ordering a door. Sean (the owner) supplied me with all the brochures for a more modern door since that was what I was shopping for. (They can also do a more classic or carriage look, but I only saw pic from other installs and they did look good too.) Depending on what you're looking for, they might have something in stock to where you can get a quicker installation turn around. My order took around 3 week from ordering to final install. The products that I looked at were from C.H.I. I ended up picking out the "plank" style, which had texture that mimics wooden planks, and I also added long horizontal tinted windows that went down the right side of the door. I did ask Sean to come out and ensure that I got the right measurements. At that time, I met Grant and Paul, who were the ones that came out for the installation. On the day of installation, we were home all day so I was very flexible, the team did call me to state they were running slightly behind which was cool with me! Once they were here, it took about 2-3 hrs to remove the old door and track. Then install the new door, new tracks and ensure that everything was leveled, sealed, and running properly. Once Grant and Paul were done, they ensured I was happy with the installation and look of everything. They went over maintanence of the door and any joints I'll need lubricate yearly to ensure they're running smoothly. Even after the door was installed, I got a text from Sean checking in to ensure that I was happy with the door and installation. Overall, it was such an easy process working with Third Gen Garage Doors and I'm extremely pleased with the look of the door. I have the best looking garage door on the block!!!!! Shout out to Grant and Paul for working extremely hard on the installation, just shows how much they care about doing it right the first time!

I'm a very happy customer, and I highly recommend Sean and his company for anyone who has garage door needs. I can't say enough about A-Team Garage Doors. We had gotten a couple of quotes from the 'larger…read morebrand companies' and put the project on hold based on the prices we were quoted. Then we found A-Team when our opener broke, and the person that came out for repair suggested we have them quote the doors. When I got the quote, I was very skeptical. The price for doors of the same visual style was 50% less than the other quotes I had. I then did a side by side comparison of the door quality, and the thickness, backing/build and r value were all better on the A-Team doors. We pulled the trigger and were quoted 6 weeks. 6 weeks later - almost to the day - the doors were delivered to A-Team, and they were ready to install them immediately. They came out that day and installed both doors in a matter of hours. These were not cheap doors - and we were in-part paying for style... faux wood metal doors with window panes and proper insulation ruggedness for 8,200 feet. One of my biggest concerns was whether they would look like wood or would the pattern repeat and be obvious. Not only did they look great to my eye, but I just got the best compliment from my neighbor who asked, are those wood doors? Just what I wanted to hear! A-Team truly are just that. Don't hesitate to reach out to Patrick or John... they're the best!
