Definitely noticed both last night when the sandwich starter employee acted like it was a huge bother to make one more sandwich. If you're too tired to make a sandwich or greet a customer maybe it's time for you to take a break. Or a walk around the block. The man who rang me up acted like he couldn't be bothered-he wasn't really paying attention-and there was no "thank you" at the end.
