The dinner meal came with a soup, salad, or veggie and a potato (for which they had almost 10 options from baked, mashed, and various fries). The wings were a great size but lacked in enough sauce that they almost tasted plain. The steak was ordered medium and came out rare (we were fine with it too). The steak was completely unseasoned, just cooked meat. We ordered Cajun seasoning on the shrimp and pretty sure they, too, were plain with no flavor. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good. THE BEST steak and prime rib in town without a doubt! Great burgers with a good variety to try! Good garlic butter pasta. The best steamed and buttered broccoli you'll ever have in your life! Nice big portion of spaghetti with meatballs. The meatballs are big and juicy. Good fried pickles. Good beer and drink options. Skilled bartenders. Very very very clean looking behind the bar always. No sticky bar, no dirty cups piled up, no fruit flies, no gummy soda guns, no stale beer smell, no dusty bottles.... very nicely kept. The only disappointment/thing I don't like on the menu is the little frozen premade beer fish fry. They're such a great restaurant, I think they should do their own big hunk of beer battered fish fry dinner instead at least for lent. My 2023 review issues have all been resolved! Yay! Astonishingly authentic excellent salsa with chips to start... along with a pork verde sauce with refried frijoles and yellow arroz.. A huge portion of beautifully stewed pork with a tomatillo sauce. Very friendly service and very very authentic. I think for the college kids they probably catered to there's a huge array of Tequilas as well. If you're going to Allegheny state park or the Seneca Niagara Casino or visiting your kids at St Bonaventure this is a great stop.
