Their customer service is ALWAYS on point! I've never encountered anyone rude or not smiling. I thought it was just the one younger guy who's always there, but it isn't. I've interacted with three separate employees and all of them are friendly, smile, super helpful; they greet you and ask how you are and they always wish you a good day. They explain the point system well and that you can accumulate points at two different stores to use for gas points...I didn't know that. I thought it was just one. The prices can be a little butt clenching sometimes, but if you use your rewards, you should see a little addition to your pocketbook. They have 8 service pumps and the area is always clean. If you need air or water, it's always free, which I love. Some service stations still charge to use it, which I think is ridiculous, but they don't. Even though their prices are higher, in consideration that 76 next door and San Pedro Gas & More down the street are cheaper, their gas is more quality and you know you're putting the good shit in your car. Some cars can take any type of gas, but there are others, like mine that require top tier gas and you can definitely feel the difference in performance.

Eventually, Betty came & knocked on my window to let me know I couldn't keep blocking that spot if I wasn't using the machine--I apologized for being such an airhead & explained to her what I was trying to do, she let me know that if I couldn't pay with a card then I could just come pay in-store (duh! My brain, or lack thereof, sometimes, I swear...). Once inside, she made sure I knew that I had to wait until the person in front of me was completely out of the wash before I entering my code or it would screw the system up. Despite following her instructions, the kiosk said to wait as it was still in use, I drove up to the lights--nothing...reversed back to the kiosk--same message. Just as I thought I effed up somehow, out came Betty to save the day. She had to get a little help from the higher-ups to reboot, then all systems go. I was a hot mess from start to finish, but Betty could not have possibly been any more sweet, helpful or patient with me! I mean, truly, it's service like this that compels me to leave reviews...not everyday you get to deal with people as awesome as she is. My new go-to gas station in this area now, for sure. So I cancelled the transaction and didn't purchase any fuel, only to find they had cleared all the money out of my account and over drawn me!!!! for a holding charge. 4 days later I'm still waiting for it to refund back.
