Came in earlier this week to fill up! And let me tell you the two wonderful ladies working in the mornings are sooooo sweet! Nothing like getting beautiful smiles and service early early in the morning! I didn't get a chance to get their names but I will next time when I go in! Even with all the craziness going around with Covid-19, these ladies make sure customers leave happy! And I'm sure they mean a lot to the regulars that come in there during the mornings! I know one thing for sure, I will become their regular! One of the ladies who was a little bit older, asked me if the store smelled clean? As she was mopping and sanitizing everything. The store itself is very clean and immaculate. This Arco just recently went under a remodel about a year ago and it looks wonderful! Especially with the craziness going around right now, they do their upmost best to keep the store and gas island clean. I once ran a 711 for three years in the mornings so I know first hand what it's like work in the convenience store industry, seeing these kind workers there took me back to my 711 days. Their kindness and smiles make you feel welcome, comfortable and the results of that make you become a regular! It's Arco so gas prices are ALWAYS good! horrible experience! customer service is below average! walked in and only 1 guy was wearing uniform, yet there were 4 guys behind the counter, 3 not in uniform. i come in to ask for a charger for my vape which is a usb to c charger, when I walk in the guy in uniform asks me if I need help, I ask for cables/charges, and one of the other men (not in uniform) wearing a turban on his head, points me to the area, and before I'm able to start to look for the cable, I am being bombarded by questions, like what kind of phone are u looking for? I repeat I need a usb to c and the man asks again what kind of phone do you have, I have to then tell him I'm not looking for a charger for my phone I need a usb to c charger ... I start to look and the man then tells me where I'm looking is the wrong area, however not once pointed me to a usb to c charger, I ask for him to let me look instead of watching over me while I look and telling me I'm looking in the wrong place instead of helping me, and he finally points to a usb to c charger. the guy in the uniform grabs the charger to ring me up and the man in the turban said something under his breath as he walked away. I said what was that? he said nothing I'm talking to him, pointing at one of the other men, then he said something else to them and I said if you have something to say about me you can talk in English instead of a different language where I'm the only one who can't understand you ... he said well I'm not working right now, and I said so why did you force yourself into an unnecessary interaction with me thinking u were helping me when u were just making the situation more tense, and he scoffed and continued to talk in another language with the other 2 gentleman not in uniform behind the counter! I understand you work at a gas station and your customer service level isn't going to be the best of quality, but since when is it okay to have your friends hanging out with you at work? and on top of that the friends you have at work literally make the entire customer experience intimidating and threatening. there's 4 people standing there staring at u when u walk in .... highly unsatisfied, especially when I literally just came here for a charger! shame on your out of uniform employee trying to help me and assuming Im looking for a phone charger, pretty incompetent if you ask me! read more

I like this Arco gas station, the gas prices are always pretty reasonable. Its located here on Florin road, which is a very busy intersections. I can honestly say its never like overly busy when getting gas, I've never had to sit in my car and wait. It's like a very rapid steady pace (in & out) kinda thing. Whenever I stop here, I am usually in and out pretty quickly. I like this station too because its rather spacious as far as the size of the stalls you pull into to get gas. Some of these stations stalls are so close, you can bearly get out of your car when two cars are side by side. Not here, thankfully. I love getting the donuts too, they are always fresh,but they don't last long. They go really fast. Also love getting the slushies too and they always have the cherry flavor, most places run out of that one fast. The guys that work here are pretty cool. The most busiest I've seen it here is like 6am in the morning. Not so much for the gas, but for the coffee. They be rolling up in here in the mornings for that, but I will admit their coffee is pretty good. I like the hazelnut flavor one they make. Its delicious and its never to strong. Love it! You do have to watch out for the homeless people that be asking for money here tho. I've had that happen to me a few times here. So! read more

I came here on 11/28/2015. There is no restrooms for customers. It is rare that gas stations don't offer that. The water to use for windshield wiper was beyond dirty with paper pieces. There are no paper towels in stock up that normally in the windshield wiper area, this was in every booth. When I came into the store the service attendant was doing his own work, didn't even look up until I ask where the restroom was. read more

Very dirty parking lot.. I like this ampm and come here quite frequently the employees are always friendly. I'm usually here around 6:00 a.m. I had to give only one star because of the condition of the parking lot and the area where the gas pumps are. It is so filthy around the pumps my feet stick to the ground. I literally feel like I need to take a shower when I leave there! I'm not sure why the owner/operator doesn't take a pressure washer and cleaned it up a little. It's a fairly busy location surely they bring in enough revenue to purchase a pressure washer. Another issue is the people that hang around there and ask for money there's one guy in particular that sits right next to the front door and asks for money, i saw him the other day pull a glass meth pipe out of his pocket and proceed to smoke it. I like the convenience of the location and the price of the gas is a plus. I don't want to have to start going to a different gas station, but I might have to.... read more
