One bad experience with a female gas attendant who was very rude directing customers which pump to go to and hurrying up customers as it was near closing time. This time I decided to also include a car wash, since my vehicle was covered in dust from a long dry summer. I received my secret PIN number printed on my gas receipt, and headed to the car wash drive through. I have used this service before, and wasn't expecting any additional frills, but the standard wash and dry. But to my pleasant surprise, this Chevron had an employee on standby ready to help me if I had questions or needed further instructions on how to use the wash station. I was able to figure out how to use the kiosk with little help, but it was nice to have someone there just in case. I hadn't used the car wash kiosk in quite sometime and it did have a lot of upgrades on it that I was worried I would press a wrong button or something! LOL! Anyway, the best part of this experience was that the young woman was very nice and helpful. She guided me into the stall correctly and then after the washing process, she guided me out, followed by some additional hand drying and making sure anything still stuck on my car was gently removed by hand. She even offered to vacuum the interior, but it wasn't necessary for me at the time. I was very satisfied with my experience. I was a little nervous about using this car wash when I realized at the last minute, that it doesn't have a brushless washing system. But my brand new vehicle emerged unscathed from any noticeable scratches. I feel comfortable enough to use their services again.

Then suddenly I couldn't use my card at the pump anymore, which means that I couldn't get my credit from Get Upside. No idea why they changed that, and for some reason, they're still listed on the app. Plus they do not keep their prices updated on the app... Bad business practice if people are using apps. They are always 10c - 20c higher when you get there.

Beware Beware of using this store's ATM machine! I reluctantly used this ATM to get cash. I was…read moregetting my fingerprints taken for my job and they didn't accept my credit card, so I I went next door to this liquor store and withdrew the money. They charged 3.25, and I was okay with that. 4 days later, I saw in my statement where they charged me 2 additional times without authorization! I went back to the store and explained it to the clerk, and this is where the run around began. He told me to call ATM, USA and when I called them, they said they only saw 2 transactions total and said someone would call me. I ended up calling them back the following day only to be told that they only see one transaction and that these additional charges are from my bank. I contacted my bank, and the bank said these are not charges from the bank at all. The bank said that if I did not authorize these charges, then they are fraudulent charges. The bank had to issue me a new card. I have to wait a week to get a new card. This is horrible. I trusted this ATM machine to get money out and I feel they were trying to steal my money. Just think of the other people who are getting charged without knowing. What is the world coming to.
