There is usually no reason for me to update my reviews on a gas station, because my experiences are always the same: pull in, pay, pump gas, and drive away. This time I decided to also include a car wash, since my vehicle was covered in dust from a long dry summer. I received my secret PIN number printed on my gas receipt, and headed to the car wash drive through. I have used this service before, and wasn't expecting any additional frills, but the standard wash and dry. But to my pleasant surprise, this Chevron had an employee on standby ready to help me if I had questions or needed further instructions on how to use the wash station. I was able to figure out how to use the kiosk with little help, but it was nice to have someone there just in case. I hadn't used the car wash kiosk in quite sometime and it did have a lot of upgrades on it that I was worried I would press a wrong button or something! LOL! Anyway, the best part of this experience was that the young woman was very nice and helpful. She guided me into the stall correctly and then after the washing process, she guided me out, followed by some additional hand drying and making sure anything still stuck on my car was gently removed by hand. She even offered to vacuum the interior, but it wasn't necessary for me at the time. I was very satisfied with my experience. I was a little nervous about using this car wash when I realized at the last minute, that it doesn't have a brushless washing system. But my brand new vehicle emerged unscathed from any noticeable scratches. I feel comfortable enough to use their services again. read more

I've been going to this station for 8 years never a problem till today I'm Delexis so i do mix my numbers some and any time i have put in reward number the cashier fixes it today i put wrong numbers in and cashier just blurs out the total i was like i told you i put in wrong number he says the total again without discount's i said that's wrong he stated to tell me i will noy do a void and resent awards sign in i was like wow guess i need to go else were i get my discount's and rewards he was like yeah go you go now the store use to have good service sad cause it will encourage to tell my friends and family to boycott that station read more

Customer service is always the most important thing for a business and thanks to the gentleman named Jarius you guys have the worst. Very rude and unprofessional. I understand you guys deal with a lot of interesting people at that location, but that's no reason to treat everyone like crap. read more

They have everything you'd ever need there and Chevron is known for being pricier in the gas dept but the market is very reasonable as far as convenience stores go. But it's so clean and good quality. I really like the store and the milkshake machine is yummy! Lol read more

Beware Beware Beware !!!! Just left this nasty place. Scam you 5 ways before you figure out how. They rigged their card machines so not only can you not enter your rewards number or card but also wont show you the discount after they supposedly do it for you. The car wash attendant Praveen is beyond rude, Turned the vacuum off on me and went out of his way to completely service the car before me as slow as possible and when I tried to ask him a question. He put his hand up so I can stop talking. I don't know what I did to upset him. read more

I went there yesterday 11/21 and filled my car with gas and added $10.00 for the drive through car wash. I went to the drive through car wash and put in my code. It didnt work so I tried to reach the attendant through the speaker, obviously no answer. I couldn't back up so I put in another $10.00 cash. I went through the wash and went inside the gas station and found out that the car wash and gas station are two different businesses. I found the car wash attendant and let him know what happened and showed him my two receipts. He refused to refund my $10.00 and told me their was no supervisor. This Chevron isn't the cheapest place to get gas but it is the most convenient from my house. It's located in the most congested and complicated intersection you'll find in South Sacramento because there are 2 freeway entrances, which isn't always the easiest to navigate. Anyway, the lots are huge so there is a lot of room to maneuver your car to get to a station. Chevron is never the cheapest gas alternative but they seem to burn more efficiently as compared to other brands (maybe this is where the techron comes in?) They may occasionally have the homeless individuals asking for money so just be aware of that. It's generally safe but relative to stockton blvd. read more

Goyo just called me "a fucking bitch" someone listen to the tapes he claims I called him names he got hostel cause I said it ridiculous he doesnt have change for 100. He didn't even call a manager to ask for help I was one dollar away from 8 dollars and had to pull a 100 out because I only had 107 on me he didn't attempt to try and see if there was change. Normally I have no issues here but today,(Goyo)believe his tag read. Proceeds to tell me after requesting the restroom key, that the restroom is out of order due to someone breaking the key in the lock. I just accept it and move on to make my purchase. And upon check out here comes a coworker with the key and sets it on the counter in front of Goyo. Who tries to play it off like it wasn't working to his coworker. I came to get gas a quick car wash since I parked under a tree I was shocked to see two people staffed there for my $8 car wash in addition they went above and beyond scrubbing my car taking pride in there work. Not to mention the car wash was bright and colorful so my daughter loved it and to my surprise the guys met me after the car wash with towels in hand and dried my car. A local Chevron with nice staff. I enjoy the little things here such as a slushy, or a bag of chips, or a can of tea. Ah, it's a gas station / mini-mart and it's clean, the bathrooms are usually closed or out of service. There are certain type of civilians that stand outside this gas station and ask for change, and sometimes are just a nuisance with their loud music and 20+inch rims on their POS cars. Came in to put gas I only had quarters and they said they wouldn't take U.S currency because it wasn't in money rolls, it was about 7 dollars in quarters. Thank you Goyo and Muhammad for not accepting United States currency, even after I offered to count them for you guys. Who doesn't accept quarters? Not the cheapest place to fill up, nor the most expensive, but it is very conveniently located right off the 99. It's right by Costco, Mr. Perry's, and Jack in the Box, and a bunch of other strip mall joints. You'll occasionally get solicited for change or see riff raff, but that's because it's right off of Stockton Blvd. and Mack Rd. They fill propane here too and there's a car wash as well. read more

This place is open 24/7 and the guys who work here are always making sure the store is clean & tidy. I like the fact that they brew a fresh pot of coffee every 30 min to keep it fresh. They also always have good deals on bottled waters & snacks. Def the place to go before heading into work in the wee hours of the monin. read more

I go to this location frequently. I usually only pump gas so this review is just for the experience at the pump. +Its the cheapest Chevron in my neighborhood. +I don't think I've ever been at a pump without fresh window cleaner. (That's always a plus!!) +the squeegees are in tip top shape. +Its never crowded. -There are panhandlers from time to time. -traffic can be a pain sometimes if you're trying to hit 99S. I've never had any issues with my card like other reviewers. And as far as loud music... You're in south sac... Get used to it. It's not the stations fault. BEWARE! Chevron @ 7314 Elsie Ave. Sacramento - STN 00209656. This gas station is no good. I put $32.28 total cost to add and full the tank of my car. They charged my chase freedom $101.00. When I called the chase they told me that elsie chevron are doing it just to make sure you have enough money on your account, and then they will return the rest of your money after 3 days. I been using chevron since I bought all of my cars. And this is the first gas station I've experienced such a scam-like credit card charge. Rude and unprofessional...didn't put my gas at the right pump...went back in store and they told me that it had gotten refunded back on my card.. I PAID IN DEBIT...wouldn't give me receipt...after acting stupid they said OK go pump gas now its ready....I felt as if these people were trying to rob me...I paid for 40 bucks but only filled 35.10. I would give a zero if possible. I went to this station and one of their pumps froze on me once I validated my debit card. I pressed cancel on the machine and went to another one and filled up my car. The previous machines kept my info and someone filled up their car on my tab. The charge was $107. I spoke to my bank and they said the transaction happened 10 minutes after my authorized one. I spoke to the store manager and she checked the tapes and confirmed fraud. While she checked she called the sheriffs department to be there when she told me she was not giving me my money back. Regardless of the fact I was in a suit and very polite with her. She told me they are not liable for their machines even though they own them. Prior to this I would fill up a large SUV and a 20 gallon tank several times a week at this gas station and both vehicles take premium gas. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. Car wash is terrible. Worst I've ever been through. Paid $9 and it did nothing! What a waste! Save the money and the water.

I used to fill up at this station every week because compared to other chevrons in the vicinity, they were cheaper. well their cash price was cheaper. On their price boards, the price is about 15 cents cheaper when you pay cash or use their chevron credit card. this was the reason why i applied for a chevron card. but when i used the card at this station, the clerk told me that the credit card company will credit me. i argued with her stating that based on their price board, i should get the cash price since its the same price for using a chevron card. she wouldn't budge. so i told her to cancel the transaction. she then said that the credit card company will give me the credit the first 90 days of the card account opening...which did happen. i try again after the 90 days, thinking that i would then get the chevron card/cash price on the premium gas i was filling up with...but nope! still got the regular price. if they are not going to honor the cheaper price by using my chevron card, then they need to take it off their price boards. because it clearly states that chevron cards get the cash price as well. this station is a ripoff! read more
