This Arco is the closest gas station to my house and the gas is decently priced. However, there are no clips on the gas pumps, so you have to hold the pump as you fill gas. Additionally, the pumps pump slow. I wouldn't mind if this was occasional issue, but they have not attempted to fix any of them. When you're holding a pump to fill 20 gallons on an SUV, its not so fun... Especially when the climate is involved. Decent gas prices, no clips on pumps, slow pump speed. read more

After years of defective pumps, they finally replaced them but failed to install credit card readers, forcing customers to pay inside. This has been going on for months now. I never have a problem with this Arco. Prices are always at least .10 cheaper than the other gas stations within the area. I don't really think the pumps are slow either. I normally just pay at the automated stand outside, but the few times I have been inside the staff have been friendly. read more

This place is horrible. Its dirty and the floors are always sticky. and they never have the squeegees either. The owners are extremely rude. I went inside to buy a redbull and pay for gas, when I was done filling up I asked to use the restroom and was told I had to buy something, AFTER SPENDING $50+ already! "meh, ive experienced better" perfectly describes my feelings toward my local Arco. Despite how I feel, I constantly return because their prices are typically 7-8 cents cheaper/gal. for 87 compared to the neighboring Shell or 76 Station. There are 8 pumps and they are always full. Typically you have to wait for a pump. You can NOT use credit cards, only debit - and they charge a $0.45 fee for the convenience. The location does have a couple air pumps, and a clean convenience store with the typical items. The location is also convenient and can be easily accessed by Devonshire, Mason and the neighboring parking lots of Trader Joes, Baskin Robbins, etc. read more

The gas is cheap, but the am/pm is a joke! I walked in today & it's much hotter inside than outside. I asked the cashier if the A/C was broken & he said "No, the owners don't let us turn it on", how pathetic! I'm sorry, but if u don't care about ur employees to make them work in those conditions, then u definitely don't care about ur customers! Nasty place, always dirty, smells like a crap farm in the middle of a heat wave. Expensive prices on all the items and the gas. Coffee is always gone. The attendants are there only to get a pay check, they stand around talking to each other while the line is getting longer and longer. There's no zero stars so it gets one free. No clips on pumps. Filthy store. Uneducated attendants. Nothing to clean your windshields aswell. After I payed with my card and filled up, I went to add air to my tires and went inside and asked for the air and the attendant asked for $1.00 I said usually they just press the button. I wasn't going to pay a dollar so I went to leave then I saw on the air station that it's California state law sticker so I went back inside told the attendant that it's California state law and she called for the manager. The manager said to see the attendant and tell her what pump I filled up so she can look it up if it's true. I turned around and there were 7 people in line and his is way to much nonsense to go through for air so I walked out!! Will never go back especially since there are plenty of other stations that will follow the law and give air to its paying customers! read more
