You'll be lucky enough to have CC machines and pumps ever working correctly at any given time. Went in to pay w/ my card. Got to the only pump that worked. It didn't. Went back in to get a refund. Was told receipt machine didn't work but "promised I should see it within the next few days" and to come back tomorrow. OK "BRIAN". Made my way to his register took a picture of the "refund" he claims to have processed. It didn't and what perfect timing. Got a text message fr my bank confirming the charge had gone through. Gas station is a joke. Oh and 90% of the crap they're selling is expired. read more

I absolutely agree with many of the other negative reviews. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. The owner was extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT to customers, and didn't provide receipt for my gas purchase. When I asked for a receipt of my gas purchase, he looked very inconvenienced and annoyed. I mean, what???? Seriously? Providing receipts to customers for their purchases is a freakin must, or at lease you should ask them if they'd like a copy of the receipts. It shouldn't be something that customers need to request or beg for. And apparently I'm not the only one giving this place a horrendous review; the majority of customers apparently think so too. So, everyone reading this review, please stay away from this gas station. Instead, go spend your money at and give business to other gas stations where customers are APPRECIATED and VALUED. And a special note for the owner: You could only run your business so long if you're rude and don't appreciate your customers. Hope you can change your attitude, learn from this mistake, and be more professional. read more

I stopped here today to get some gas. Like always, no receipt prints, it says: go inside for receipt. I go inside and see the ICEE machine, so I decide to get one. I poor my ICEE, go up to the register. I say to the guy working, I'd like a receipt for my gas and I'd like to pay for this. Sadly they no longer sell lottery tickets. He asks what gas pump I was at, I tell him my car is the only one out there and my gas was $31.00. He then gives me the price of 33.58..., I say what..? He tells me it's ...33.58. I tell him no, I wanted a receipt for the gas I already paid for. I left the ICEE on the counter and walked out. I won't be going back, I'll pay .10 or .20 cents more for gas and avoid this place. this place is a terrible scam. rarely do they have their machines working properly and the staff is extremely rude. yesterday I had an experience that took the cake. I was on E so stopped at this location despite my past experiences. I paid cash for my gas and went to the pump. the pump stated that it gave me the gas, but when I got in the car, my tank HAD NOT MOVED. I have a smart car that tells me how many miles left before I run out and that was the exact same number. when I went in to tell the owner, he printed the $5 receipt and said "no you got your gas. my system says you got your gas" and then refused to look at my car's gas tank which was clearly still in E. he just said "no no I don't care I'm not looking" and went inside and locked the door. extremely appalling and disappointing customer service that they wouldn't check to ensure their machines are working properly. borderline fraudulent. get your gas or snacks elsewhere. they also like to shame people that dislike their high prices. not good. read more

this arco has cheap gas (3.37) but it's 2 lanes are so small it's hard to find space to buy anything so i usually end up fueling somewhere else. 2.5 stars. read more

This gas station is so cramped and hard to navigate. But it's so convenient if you live close by and want some snacks real quick or need gas and don't want to go into town. And, it can be kinda sketchy at night. It's not one of those "run in real quick and leave the windows down" type places. read more

I just pumped gas (which took forever, pumps are extremely slow) and needed air for my tires. The attendant was reluctant about activating the machine (did you pump gas? which pump? how did you pay? how much was the total?... really it's a dollar), but finally he said he would turn it on. I went around back and sure enough the machine was off. I hit the activation button several times but it never turned on. I just put in 4 quarters and got the air then went back inside to get my money back. He said sometimes it doesn't work and I should have walked back and forth to ask again but refused to give me a refund. Great customer service, I definitely wont return here. read more

Don't try to put air in your tires without a receipt, and even then it will take some pestering. The guy who runs this place really wants your four quarters, and he will go to all lengths to avoid turning on his air machine. read more

Customer service at this arco is ridiculous. My husband threw away a icee cup because it was liquid only. Then the cashier started yelling at him for wasting his trash. Apparently we were supposed to know his cup recycling policy. What a jerk. read more

Put $40 in the cash machine, dispensed $32 in gas. Went into the store to get my change and the clerk said "the pump says you didn't put any money in.". He messed with the register a little more and said "Oh, yes here it is, you put $32 in and dispensed $32 in gas. No change." When I explained I had put two $20 bills in the cash machine he said he couldn't do anything because the register said I only put $32 in, gave me the number to call the owner. I called a few days later, was told "Yes we have your complaint but our records indicate there was no discrepancy." Basically blew me off. Apparently not to concerned when the discrepancy is in their favor. Think about it; when you put cash in the Arco cash machine, you get no receipt for the money you deposit. You're at the mercy of the machine. If it malfunctions (which this one obviously was; the first time the clerk looked at the record for the pump I was using it said the deposit amount was zero) you can only hope the error is identified when the cash count in the machine is reconciled with the receipts on the register. If the store's accounting is lax, you loose. I'll use the Arco on Stanley from now on. read more
