I was okay that their wash never could clean the rear window of my hatch well, but having to wipe down the entire rear area of the car and the hood after the wash was ridiculous. Maria called me liar since she expected me to leave my car covered in oil while I went to report it. Maria was rude and belligerent. I called 911 and reported the fraud and unsafe oil pump. Maria gave this number for the manager to the police. I called it right after the police gave me the number. It was Maria who answered and yelled at me for calling. I requested for when Edy would be available. I had to ask 3 times. Before Maria said it would be on Monday. I had to ask 3 more times for Maria to actually say Edy will be available at 9am. I had to ask again to have Maria say Edy leaves at 12 every day. This is terrible business. Don't support this place. This place is bad value and not Top Tier quality gas.

Well, the pump accepted my Chevron gas card, and gave a small discount. But the display was upside down. It's a big station with wide islands. Appears to have a carwash and taqueria. It has a food mart. I stopped here at around 7pm to get gas and use the restroom. Also, to take a break before heading up North Vasco Road. If you're new to the area, North Vasco Rd between Livermore and Brentwood is one of the most dangerous roads in the SF Bay Area. There's been many safety improvements, but all it takes is one bad or sleepy driver to ruin your day. If you feel tired, stop and take a break. So I went inside the food mart to survey the snacks and use the toilet. The cooler had beer, sodas, waters and energy drinks. Typical gas station snacks. No key for restroom. The bathroom was OK for a mensroom, but maybe not OK for an all gender restroom. It looked a bit sloppy. I think I understand why people don't stop here. Would I return? Only for the gas.
