My two sons had a cat as company one of the evenings they sat out when it got dark out as it came by several times for pets and some lap time. You could see through the curtains, the light from outside came right through them. The carpet was DIRTY. Outside was just as bad, the chairs that were on the little porches were broken and hadn't been cleaned in years. The owners of this place have not done a good job keeping it up-to-date. The town is small so you don't have a big choice were to stay. Won't be doing it again.

And when loading up to leave, our water spigot wouldn't turn off. So I called to let them know that there was an issue and the lady was very rude and just told us "well our maintenance man will be a while before he gets there to fix it, its obviously been frozen and you signed an agreement that you'd wrap it to keep it from freezing, so you'll have to go and buy a T to shut it off, or I'll have to charge you for damages for flooding our park." (Which we did abide by our agreement, it was wrapped with heat tape and a foam insulter, our water didn't freeze up one time) Very rude and over all unprofessional. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Touched it with my toe, it was wet so naturally I get on my hands and knees to smell it. Call me weird, I don't care. Turns out it's dog pee. Cool. Because I got the last room and the employee was drunk I opted not to bother telling him. What else was he gonna do? Flip flops on all night. The room was fine, like I said, I didn't expect much. It was a place to sleep and shower. When I checked out the next morning I told the employee about it. He was more sober and admitted he'd started in the Jack a little early the day before. I told him about the wet pee and he was upset about it. He asked why I didn't tell him and I responded that he gave me the last room and what else was he gonna do? For breakfast they serve biscuits and gravy, sausage links, toast, bagels, English muffins, muffins, scrambled eggs, yogurt, mandarin oranges, peaches, cereal, juice and coffee, tea and waffles. The pool is open until 10pm. We enjoyed the hot tub for a bit. The reception sometimes has free cookies. Everyone was helpful and the service when our fridge started being noisy was so fast and efficient. They do an excellent job here. Very impressed! We ended up signing up for points this trip.
