Literally a cottage industry I received the most personal, individual service. They dealt with issues promptly and politely. The quality of the audio & video in the finished product was flawless. Best of all they charged HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS less than anybody else. Highly recommended.

I've had to bring my beloved laptop in for maintenance a few times now (keyboard needed to be fully…read morereplaced the first time, the second time was last week to wipe some malware off of it) and both times I've had my case handled by the same guy, TJ! Not only did both cases get handled superbly, but he offered regular check-ins about the process while asking about anything I forgot to mention to be sure he had the full picture, and he was more than happy to explain what he was doing and why (which I always find very fun!). The keyboard replacement was $125 and the malware wipe was $175--the original estimate I'd gotten for the malware wipe was much higher, but he handled everything like the pro he is and got my laptop back to me as quick as he could. I've also sent a phone in to be repaired, and while unfortunately it couldn't be saved even with part replacements ("catastrophic internal failure" type stuff), he DID try as many things as he could think of to try to get it working again which I am incredibly grateful for. He also put me on the path to people who might be able to extract my data despite the state of my phone! This whole deal was $87. This shop is thorough in their work and the workplace has the kind of vibe you get when the people working there actually enjoy it. Definitely the kind of place I'd ACTUALLY recommend to friends and family, not just saying so on the non-existent exit questionnaire. You'll be in good hands here--even if they can't fix it, they'll still point you in the right direction.

Then I came here, and there was a nice individual named TJ who said he would fix it. It took him much more time than he expected, but only charged us for the original quote. His kindness and precision is what brought back my 10 year old console to life, and I couldn't be more grateful. I brought this console to school nearly every day for the past decade and there are thousands of hours in some games. I am extremely happy with the repair and I would recommend this place for the friendly and quality jobs. It is clear that TJ feels passionately about his work and the quality of it. Please go here! I wish I could give these guys the world because they deserve it.

I finally got the tapes back and the online digital links. Completely unusable footage. Every video had a frame within a frame - there was a background of the video while the actual video showed in the larger part of the frame. See attached photo - I made a red squiggly line where the defect is. Also, most did not even have the audio! I politely asked for a refund, and Jeff, the owner, never answered and never apologized for his horrible service. The biz name used to be "Jeff's Video Transfer", but the name was changed to Video Transfer Northwest. I suspect because the Jeff's Video name comes up with bad Yelp reviews with customer's who had the same experience as I did.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt the need to share for this job. I had to get my house…read morewired for 5 DVR cameras around the house. The job involved routing wires through the attic to the different corners of the house. Z has done a phenomenal job wiring these, it's such a clean install, which would have costed me 3x the price somewhere else. The good: Z is one of the most attentive/detailed individuals I have ever worked with, he started with asking basic questions, toured the house with me, analyzed the best parameters for wiring, then built a plan to wire. Planning is often overlooked in these jobs, but the fact that he took the time, was huge in ensuring a clean look. Great price quoted, and did not overcharge, despite running over on time. He is passionate about his quality of work, and will not let that be sacrificed even if it takes longer. In fact, he had to return again to complete the job to 100% because he wasn't satisfied with the quality initially. As a customer, I certainly appreciate that quality in a business. He was communicative throughout, explained the technical jargon in detail, had tips, and even after completion of the job, told me that i can call him anytime i needed help to troubleshoot the install. Cost, Workmanship, Post-install service are excellent. The bad: Really, not much. Just know that if you give them a job, you will get 100% out, but quality work takes time, and it may be more than what you anticipate, but in the end it will be worth it. I was skeptical at first to give them my business since they didn't have a lot of reviews, but I am blown away. If you are on the fence, get a quote from these guys and don't look back.
